Number of reviews: 4 Rating:2 disgrace would stay away anyone want to see disgraceful emails where they charged me for the incompetence of their delivery courier then charged me for delivery despite never getting item then blamed me because they do not work at weekend omg don’t touch this company I’m now seeking legal advise yes its only £20 but why a customer has to pay because of their inability to fulfil their delivery promise by 5 days by the way not 1 day total disgrace

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Faulty, Poor Quality, Inconveniencing I am not happy with my faulty item! They offer to send me a replacement or refund. Although this comes with conditions which I have never heard of in a return of a faulty item process. I have to fully dismantle item, wrap in bubble warp and then cardboard boxes to even get it picked up. Then I get a refund/new item once they receive it this item that is (faulty). This I would understand if it was me that wanted to return the said item but this is a faulty item and is not my fault! Now to receive a conclusion I have to pay to get boxes etc. Their robotic answers are very dismissive and I can’t get an answer or a resolution from a superior as this process is very unconvincing to the customer. The product Is very poor quality and faulty. I would go elsewhere for a sofa in the future and I do not recommend this company at all.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Stay away Stay away. They use a very small shady courier that didn’t update their tracking website so I couldn’t know when to stay home. Without me knowing, they tried to deliver once during the week while I was at work. Then, instead of leaving a note, sending an email, or a message on my phone, they went ahead and tried again the next day. Then they let it go. I contacted customer service (responses tools days, and I had to be incisive), they tried to justify it with pictures. Finally, one day they said it would be returned to them or if I wanted I could pay 37 pounds for them to try again. It has been one month that I bought the sofa.
