Rating:2 Avoid at all costs Truly appalling customer service. Pair of boots bought on line. Worn indoors for 3 hours which caused blisters. Sizing fine but the manufacturing of the item caused a significant seam on the heel which caused blisters. Communication made with HoS and they really couldn’t care less. Item in as new condition, images sent showing this and how the seam is visible but refusing refund / credit note etc.

I purchased slippers in a size UK 8, but was sent a US 8, which I was then advised was my error!
Paid for the return almost 3 weeks ago, chased refund last week and was advised 14 days, today I have been advised my parcel has only just arrived and refund will be up to 7 more days!
How desperately they need to hold onto customers money!
This is not a good way to do business, now they have lost another customer and have another bad review

I would avoid like the plague if buying on line as even if items are sized and fit correctly, if there’s an issue they have no desire to assist or resolve. Appalling !
