KlipShop offers a wide range of products such as hair products, face and body products, self-care products especially for men, makeup, accessories for the home, fragrances and jewellery. They stock these products from a wide range of brands with high quality, like Schwarzkopf, Gehwol, Paese, Beardburys and WoodWick. For packaging, they use organic packing pellets which are biodegradable. It is possible to become a product tester for several of the items they sell. The customer can fill in a specific form after which they receive a code to purchase the wanted item for free. After the customer has tested the product, they are required to leave a review on the webshop and on their Instagram profile. Each week, they shop their top ten best offers of that week so it is easy to see what you can save on. In addition, they offer a loyalty programme, where you can register for an account and collect points for every completed purchase. These points can then be used at checkout to receive a discount.

Rating:2 Misleading listings Thought I was buying a pack of refectocil brushes as the photo used was a pack of 4 (no images of a single brush anywhere until I raised my issue – then a photo of a single brush was added) and the description referred to brushes plural. The price also was about right for a pack of 4 of these brushes. When they arrived and they had sent me a single brush I couldn’t believe it. With delivery I paid £10. So overpriced that I thought it had to mean they were a pack and not single brushes – along with the misleading listing on their website I will not be returning. I work with big companies and do promo work for companies on my own page and the only way I’ll be sharing this experience is to warn people away from Klip Shop due to its misleading way of tricking you into buying someone that is less than described.

I ordered a lip liner from their website for around £30. When I received it, I noticed that it didn’t come with any sort of packaging around it. Normally, with lip liners it comes in a box or plastic seal. I researched the lip liner brand and found out that they do seal the lip liners with a plastic seal , which I however did not have. Without this seal, anyone who has possession of it (eg. Packers, workers in warehouse etc..) could have opened it and touched it. I have a sickness and must take precautions with this type of thing.
Nevertheless, I was sent an opened item. So I contacted the brand and told them about there not being a plastic seal and provided them with images as well.
Their response to this was along the lines of “it was sent like this and that’s how all the lip liners come – without a seal.”
Then, when I provided them with a video of a woman unboxing the same lip liner I had ordered and peeling off a plastic seal, they changed their response and said something completely different .
Then they proceeded to say , “we did send it with the plastic seal so it couldn’t have been us”. Which was confusing because they just had told me that they didn’t sent it with the plastic seal to reduce the amount of plastic they were using ?? I thought this was suspicious and highly unprofessional.
They kept denying it then on forward that the lip liner was sent faulty.
In the end, they told me to return the item at my own cost. I had to pay for shipping and they said that even if I returned the item it would have to be in new condition which my item was not – no thanks to them.
I thought it was unfair that they wanted me to send back an item at my own cost that had issues due to their supply. Not only that, I had to pull out a magic wand and make the lip liner in the expected condition for them to even accept and process a refund although the item was sent in such a state.
They kept on telling me that the item had been sent with the plastic seal and even went as far as to provide me with “video evidence” that they did. They claimed to have sent a packing video of them packing what they claim to be “my order” however the video was just a black screen and nothing else. You couldn’t see anything but black in the video. I told them this, so they sent me a photo. In the photo it was a picture of the same brand lip liner in a plastic seal BUT the shade was a completely different colour to my lip liner so the lid of the liner was a different colour to mine. SO IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY ORDER.
One minute this brand is saying they do not use the plastic seal packaging.
Then next they say that they do use the plastic seal packaging and sent it with the plastic seal
BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A LIP LINER WITH THE PLASTIC SEAL.
I contacted them about this further and they blocked me. On everything I reached out to them on. My emails failed to send to their customer support and they had blocked my account on Instagram when I contacted them via that.
Steer clear of this brand. They claim to have provided evidence but I’m sure and certain it is false evidence.
They continued to deny everything and would not provide me with a return or refund like their terms and conditions state.
As customers, if you have an issue with a product sent by the brand and you provide evidence , you have the right to a refund or return free of charge if damaged or defective.
This is a highly unprofessional brand and I suspect they will continue to deny this.
I sincerely hope the £30 they scammed me out of will be enough to keep them going for I’m sure if this review reaches more customers they will they will refrain from purchasing anything from this company.
