    Do not use !
    “DO NOT use this company. Item ordered September. Never arrived. Many emails promising delivery. Still never arrived. Requested refund, refund promised within 10 working days. Now December no item and no refund. Bank has put investigation on, on my behalf. Gov.uk site states company west into liquidation 24/01/24.

    Avoid- item never delivered, refund only through credit card provider
    Avoid this company. Ordered Calvin Klein Escape Eau de Toilette 100ml. Never received it despite numerous chaser emails and promises that it was on its way. Email responses from customer services could have been written by a robot; apologetic, but no details as to where the order was and when it would be delivered. Eventually customer services told me that since the issue had not been not resolved, Look Incredible would refund me and that it may take up to 10days. I never received the refund and I had to contact my credit card provider to obtain it; backed by a high volume of evidence. I suspect Look Incredible never had the item in stock, despite their website notification that it was, but it does not excuse the appalling customer service and the fact I had to jump through numerous hoops to get the refund. This took over a month to resolve; although my credit card provider was quick to refund as if this company was known to them!!

    Avoid like the plague
    Do not entertain this company, you pay for items and never receive them. Waited over 4 weeks, I was sent a dud tracing number which didn’t work. In the end by bank helped me with a drawback of the payment I sent them. Keep well away

    Look incredible
    Do not use this company. We have waited nearly 3 weeks for the order which never arrives. They continually tell you it is on its way which and after promises doesn’t arrive. The customer service number is useless because they never answer. My bank is refunding me hopefully.

    My order not arrived rang loads time no answer sent loads emails.. this company is fake sorting.out
    Order not arrive done loads of calls emails etc don’t use this company I have just read the reviews bit late now they have my money!! Now in hands of my bank

    DEFINITELY FAKE PRODUCTS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
    Like others to enable this review I have had to give one star but they don’t even deserve NO STARS – I would give them MINUS Zero!!!! I really wished I had read the reviews on this and other sites before I purchased. The reviews they have on their own site MUST ALL be FAKE – just like the products they sell – that’s if you EVER receive them!! I was “lucky” that I did actually receive my Moncler Perfume – after 3 weeks and numerous e-mails- but I might as well have not as the perfume is most DEFINITELY a fake! – it literally lasts 5 minutes, if that, on my skin! I know it’s a fake as I have used this perfume before which I bought direct from Moncler and it lasted 4/5 HOURS. I believe there is no point whatsoever in trying to obtain a refund and wasting my time trying to even attempt this so unfortunately for me I will have to stand the cost and will bin the perfume – it wouldn’t even be any good as an air freshener it’s that weak!!! Absolutely fuming with this unscrupulous company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

    Took over £240 from me an item in stock, waited for two weeks, nothing.
    Chased up, nothing.
    For an automated email saying item out of stock and will receive a refund.
    Waited over two weeks, nothing.
    Chased up, was informed refund on its way.
    Waited two weeks, nothing.
    Send many many emails with no response since. It’s been over 6 weeks since I placed the order. A scam company that fulfill 50% of the orders to seem legitimate so they can keep the scam going. Many people have simply lost their money

    JUST SIMPLY AVOID
    JUST SIMPLY AVOID – First order was good – now I am owed money and two orders are simply unfulfilled – now have to battle for a refund. I am guessing they don’t actually have the items you are buying so please avoid and spend your money somewhere else.

    Really disappointed
    I order perfume for my daughter birthday after 10 days they cancel my order right 1day before her birthday and simply not reason and offering me. 10 %discount for next order which I will never order and I will make sure to tell all my family friend never buy from this seller totally unprofessional and disappointed if I have there -o star I will give them that

    Extremely disappointed
    It took more that 10 days to deliver my order £71. I had to buy another present for my friend as i coulnt wait for so long. No more orders even though they offered 5% discount from next order. Extremely disappointed
