Rating:2 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM LUSSOLIVING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My wife tried to buy a microwave from this company. No microwave and no refund. Upon checking other reviews on Trustpilot and the likes it seems this is a regular occurance. You get some call centre when trying to contact them and never get anything other then we will pass your concern on. Several emails stating they will be refunding the money but nothing happens!!! After reading the other reviews on FB I would suspect that they are either family/friends or false as this is the only place that has positive reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM LUSSOLIVING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Rating:2 Terrible Wouldn’t refund, bank couldn’t do a charge back, so talked to citizens advice, used the addresses provided on companies house for Nancy Holdings and sent them a warning of potential legal action. At that point was finally paid. Avoid at all costs.

Rating:2 SCAM - If I could give zero stars I would. SCAM – If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam and has held my money for a purchase since December 2023. Every time I call they either say someone will call me back (doesn’t happen) or the Sales Team is open. Absolutely BS. There are too many companies out there like this who seem to take money for a purchase and then never deliver. Dont waste your time with this scam company.

Rating:2 One star is actually one star to many! This company is highly suspicious and you are advised not to order anything from this company. Only accepts bank transfers, does not respond to Chat, does not answer phone, does not communicate and does not refund. Very likely to be fraudulent and will report as such.

Ordered a Bosch Extractor & Cooker Hood two months ago and have yet to receive it. Despite their SHIPPING POLICY stating delivery within 1 – 2 weeks for electrical products, it has now been 2 months!
Their customer service team keeps promising a callback but it never happens. Instead, they continue to stall with weekly emails, providing no real action.
