Tried contacting the company via phone and asked to leave a message as no operators are available. So I did not reply. I emailed them and it says 3 to 5 working days. I filled out an online form and thst also says 3 to 5 working days. Please avoid this company at all cost.

We ordered a sun lounger for £129.99 for our grandfather. One month later it completely broke.
They wouldn’t offer us another lounger in replacement, wanted us to send it back broke in order to have a full refund knowing full well this wouldn’t be possible as who has packaging for a very large item a month after it’s been delivered, they said this just to be awkward.
They offered me £55 refund which wasn’t even 50% of the price. Disgusting service
Do not buy!!!

I returned it the same day by Parcelforce tracked delivery.
Almost a month later I am still awaiting my £130 refund. It’s a nightmare
Mix do not respond to my emails, my phone requests for them to ring me to sort it out and they don’t respond to my enquiry form submissions.
AVOID this company at all costs.
