    It’s a scam be careful
    Be careful when ordering from them, first they let you choose today’s date for delivery and after you place your order they show you next day.
    Second I ordered white roses for 100 pounds but they sent me yellow and when I asked why did you send yellow they said there is high demand on white color and they are as beautiful. A complete customer disrespect. Not recommended.

    SCAM ALERT ‼️ EVEN THOUGH YOU SELECT SAME DAY DELIVERY AFTER YOU PAY CONFIRMATION IS SENT FOR FOLLOWING DAY

    I wanted same day delivery flowers. This website was the top hit on google. I went through the booking system selecting today for delivery. I then received a confirmation email for TOMORROW! I tried to call my flowers straight away and couldn’t get through. I tried again and got through within the hour. I was told that I COULD NOT get a refund and after speaking to Diane the very unhelpful finance manager was told that I could have what’s app although I had tried to call immediately. I was offered 15% back!

    Order Never Arrived - DO NOT GET SCAMMED TOO
    I ordered a bouquet of 20 red and white roses a day in advance for a special occasion, expecting it to arrive within the delivery window as advertised. Not only did the flowers fail to arrive on time, but I later received a message claiming the order had been delivered when nothing ever arrived!!

    There was no proof of delivery, no photo, no signature, and absolutely no sign of the flowers. I had to buy replacements locally at the last minute, completely defeating the purpose of ordering in advance.

    Customer service responded with a generic message and offered a discount voucher instead of a refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product I paid for.

    Save yourself the stress — DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

    Avoid at all costs
    Im only giving it 1 as I cannot give 0.
    I ordered a large bouquet £40 in the morning for same day delivery as advertised. I opted for the between 6pm and 9pm delivery. The flowers didn’t arrive. I contacted by email ‘support at my Flowers’ only to be told that they were being delivered the next day but ROYAL MAIL. between 8am and 6pm. I explained it wasn’t acceptable as the reciever would be away. I wanted a full refund. After approx 14 emails back and forth, I was astonished by the attitude of the so called support. They are THE NEXT in fact posted from LONDON. The next day I recieved a call saying they had been delivered and sadly they were not in good condition 12 stems of roses of which 3 were drooped wilted and dead.,Also the quality of the roses were terrible. I contacted support again sent a photo saying I wasn’t happy and nor would the recipient be…if she was there. To which I was offered an £8 refund and a sheet on ‘ How to look after my flowers’! So don’t belive all the promises on the advertising. I refused the £8 ..it was insulting. So beware.

    4 days later delivery
    scammers! flowers arrived 4 days later, even though I didn’t want them anymore. Paid for express delivery – they didn’t give the money back, no balloon – they didn’t give the money back. Scammers

    Absolutely Disgraceful Service – Avoid at All Costs!
    I ordered flowers from MyFlowers for our 16th anniversary and paid an extra £15 for same-day delivery, clearly selecting a 12–3 PM time slot to match my wife’s working hours. Despite this, I received an email after payment saying the delivery would be the next day between 9 AM and 9 PM. That completely defeated the purpose of the gift.

    I immediately called to cancel and request a refund, but was told it wasn’t possible. They claimed same-day delivery is only available in London—yet their website accepted my non-London address, let me pay the extra fee, and even let me choose a specific time slot. This is misleading at best and feels like a scam.

    To make matters worse, the flowers were delivered two days late, long after I had to buy a replacement bouquet elsewhere. Their “compensation”? A £15 store credit, a flower upgrade, and some chocolates—none of which make up for the missed occasion and wasted money.

    This company took my money under false pretenses and refused to make it right. Their website is deceptive, their customer service is dismissive, and their delivery is unreliable. I will never use MyFlowers again and strongly urge others to stay away.

    Do not buy
    Bought the Feelings Boquet on the app, roughly £35, but 100% did not deserve that much.
    My boquet was disappointingly empty and tiny for that price, and I was embarassed to go up to my aunt with that boquet.
    When I reacher out to customer service, although they did respond in a timely manner, it was of no help at all. I was told AFTER I had reached out that they had to substitute some of the flowers, but genuinely the boquet still was very empty and sad compared to how they promised it would look.
    This just left me wondering, just how small would it have been if I had ordered a ‘small’ size?
    Although they promise to either full refund or sell a free proper boquet if the person I give the arrangement is not pleased with it, all I was offered was a 15% discount and a free complementary gift. That won’t help at all considering I will never order from them again after this experience.
    Dreadful, I would have been better off with Asda flowers for half the price that would have looked fuller and nicer.

    Disappointing quality
    I was extremely disappointed in the quality of flowers delivered, to a recently bereaved friend. From the photo sent my her son, there were far fewer flowers there than I expected having paid £51.38 and the flowers looked half dead and dried out, and nothing like the advertised image. When I complained by Whatsapp,Myflowers requested more photos, which is highly insensitive as the recipient as well as bereavment has many other family problems to deal with at the moment. This company has very fancy advertising, with lots of promises ie 100% fresh, and the quality of flowers does not live up to expectations.I feel totally embarassed my this experience

    1. The initial delivery went wrong, but the support team sorted it out, and replaced the first bunch with a superior one, and refunded half of the cost

    Beautiful flowers
    I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and they arrived in the time slot stated and were stunning. Loved that the company followed up with messages to me to check I was happy. Really good service and would definitely use again!

    Scam Website
    Do not get scammed

    I recently ordered flowers and a balloon for a friend’s birthday. I chose the delivery time and paid for my purchase. I was tracking the flowers on the day and as it approached 6pm and the package had not been delivered, I call them, they said it would not be delivered until the next day. Obviously I wanted them to arrive on the actual birthday. When the flowers did arrive, they came with a plastic vase, MyFlowers, had switch the balloon for a plastic vase and never asked me if that was ok. I asked for a refund, however they said it was against their policy to refund. Avoid please, it whole thing was just a torture.

    Couldn’t imagine a worse service.
    I ordered flowers for my mother in law’s birthday.

    The order wasn’t sent on the day, so I called to re arrange the delivery.
    They delivered old flowers that died 2 days later.
    They also didn’t attach a complementary gift as promised.
    So imagine sending your loved one old flowers on the wrong day.

    I contacted customer support asking for a full refund.
    They refused saying I didn’t “provide enough photo evidence”.

    The company is a scam, customer service is appalling.
    Please don’t waste your money on them.

    Awful experience,
    I tried to order flowers for delivery today. Charged for the extra £15 delivery fee, on completion of the order discovered that due for delivery the next day. Immediately contacted the company via WhatsApp to check. Discovered that the same day for delivery is only within the M25, asked to cancel the order and was told that they weren’t able to BUT they could add things to my order?!

    Spent 40 minutes on WhatsApp before being told that they weren’t allowed to cancel orders via WhatsApp and my case had been referred to the complaints team.

    I was told that their goal was to resolve my situation but that essentially they could offer me anything (including adding things to my order) BUT they couldn’t cancel it as there is a line on the website that states they only deliver within the M25 for same day delivery. This is despite their buttons and banners on their website offering UKwide delivery from 3 hours (with no asterix indicating that there are potential exclusions) and their website continuing to offer same day delivery dates and times, regardless of the postcode put in.

    Did I make a mistake? Yes. I was in a rush and didn’t see the one line hidden within the description of the service that stated M25 only for same day deliveries.

    Could the company have just refunded my money and retained me as a potential return customer? Yes! Did they instead choose to go down the route of many scammers, and double down on the situation? Yes!

    After many back and forth emails in which I continued to request the cancellation of my flowers as I don’t need them delivered tomorrow, just today. I received a phone call whilst in a place with bad signal. I asked them to refer to the emails sent as not clear what they were calling about and to only contact me via email.

    When in signal range roughly an hour later, I receive an email stating that my order has been placed on hold (sent at the same time I had the bad signal phone call). The email stated that I should get back in touch with them and they would offer me all the additional things that I said I didn’t want, when I placed a new order.

    11 minutes after sending that email (when I was still unable to receive or respond to emails) they sent another email stating that as I hadn’t responded THEY HAD CONFIRMED THE ORDER I HAD REQUESTED THEY CANCELLED!

    So technically up to that point they could have just cancelled my order and we could have all got on with our lives. Unfortunately, I am now in the position where I need to follow up, giving a bad review instead of a good one and to top it all off, we’re getting a product I no longer wanted.

    Bravo MyFlowers, what an absolute nightmare you’ve been to deal with.

    My issue with Myflowers has been resolved, have given a full refund plus 30% off of my next delivery with a small gift, amazing team will help in anyway they can, Paul on the phone could not apologise enough, thanks all the team at Myflowers 😁

    Flowers died 24hrs
    I ordered flowers for girlfriends birthday, which should of arrived between 5pm to 9pm, they didn’t arrive, next day got message saying they would be there between 10am to 12pm still didn’t turn up, then another text saying that they would be there between 5pm to 7pm, they finally arrived a day late at 6.45pm, we thought fine the bouquet looked great roses where still in bud, my girlfriend put them in a vase, but found no food to put in the water she cut them 45 degrees arranged them and put the on the table with the birthday cards out of direct sunlight. Fast forward to next day the roses were limp and dying, I got in touch with my flowers and told them what had gone on, they wanted pictures which we sent, then wanted more pictures from all angles, two days of deliberating they offered to send more flowers, I said would rather a refund of my £44 to which they said they can only give me store credit, after I already said that I would not use them again, still refused my refund, not happy one bit, if I spent £44 anywhere else and wasn’t happy with service I’m sure I would have been refunded, I mean not even 24hrs and flowers were dead, I feel like they have stolen my money, and don’t really care about customer service, I will never ever buy flowers over the Internet again😤 order number:122306/723072

    Worst flowers I've every received.
    It was American Mother’s Day last Sunday and I was excited to learn from my son in California that I should expect to receive something. Well, nothing arrived until Tuesday and what a sorry state the bouquet was in. The flowers were clearly far from fresh and there was an imbalance of foliage to flowers – a LOT of foliage and not enough flowers. I felt upset that my son had spent money on something so second rate that didn’t even arrive on time. I contacted the company who were, to be fair, very responsive to my messages and I felt hopeful that there would be an appropriate resolution. They kept going on about the Quality Control Department making a decision and after sending many photos as they requested, I’ve been offered a £5 refund and a £13 discount on my next order. What a joke! I’ve told them I’ll be contacting Trading Standards to complain. So sad that My Flowers managed to turn something that should have brought pleasure into something distasteful.
