Upon reaching out to them on WhatsApp, they apologized and gave a 15 pounds voucher, basically incentivizing me to buy another bouquet to fix the screw-up they made. Couldn’t help but feel like I was being scammed.
The fact that I, the customer, have to pay more money to fix a mistake that was not on my end is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

When I requested a full refund due to their failure to provide the service I paid for, they refused, stating the order had already been processed. Instead, they offered a £15 voucher or a discount on a future order, despite the fact that I had already paid £68.72 for a service they failed to deliver.
The flowers were for a time-critical special occasion, making next-day delivery completely useless. Their internal logistical issues are not the customer’s responsibility.
Advertising delivery dates that cannot be fulfilled, taking payment, and then refusing refunds while offering minimal compensation is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and misleading business practices.
I strongly advise avoiding this company if delivery timing matters.

The bouquet never arrived, not even three days later.
The tracking status falsely showed it as “delivered” — a complete lie.
Then they claimed a delivery attempt was made, even though someone was home all day. The recipient’s phone number was provided, yet no one ever called.
I begged them for three days to refund my money so I could buy another bouquet from a different florist that actually delivers on time.
They refused.
Instead, they insisted on trying to deliver again — even after I clearly told them that no one would be at the address anymore.
Now they want to send me a wilted bouquet that’s been traveling around the UK, instead of simply refunding my payment.
They ruined the surprise, ruined the moment, and refused to take responsibility.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower delivery company.
They lie about deliveries, ignore customers, and refuse refunds for orders that were never fulfilled.
⚠️ Avoid MyFlowers at all costs. They don’t respect customers, and their service is completely unreliable.
