    stay away from this company
    placed a valentine’s order for my mrs following their promise to deliver within the same day. they trust their deliveries to.. ROYAL MAIL! forget about same day delivery, it is impossible! also, no updates on delivery time, date, confirmation the attempt was delivered or simply delivery confirmation!
    and, if you don’t chase for refunds, nobody is going to communicate with you. i had to call to get the money back and still not sure if i am going to succeed. definitely, not worth of your time and money

    Absolutely appalling service from MyFlowers. I ordered a specific bouquet and what was delivered lo
    I ordered a specific bouquet and what was delivered looked nothing like it. This wasn’t a small substitution — the entire arrangement was different. The red roses were missing, and the overall bouquet bore no resemblance to what I paid for. At no point was I contacted to approve any changes.

    To make matters worse, they failed to print the message on the card. What is the point of sending flowers if the personal message doesn’t even arrive? It completely undermines the gesture.

    When I complained, instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind their “substitution policy” and refused a refund because flowers are “perishable goods.” They offered a 30% discount for a future order — as if I’d ever trust them again. Their slogan is “She’ll love it or it’s free.” She didn’t love it. I didn’t love it. Yet apparently that guarantee means nothing.

    If you care about what’s actually delivered, I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere. Unreliable product, poor communication, and even worse customer service.

    St valentine
    I ordered flowers for St Valentine’s Day and the experience was extremely disappointing.

    The delivery was missed on the 14th of February and arrived two days later, which completely defeated the purpose of the order. Valentine’s Day deliveries are time-sensitive, and this delay removed the meaning behind the gesture.

    On top of that, although I paid for a personalised card message, the recipient received an empty card. This was embarrassing and unacceptable.

    I contacted customer service before the late delivery asking them not to send the flowers anymore, but they were delivered regardless.

    Unfortunately, this level of service — especially on such an important occasion — is not acceptable. I would not recommend using this company for special events.

    Dissappointment
    Ordered a bouquet of “Feelings” with a card add-on for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day but received a bouquet which was completely different from the picture provided on the website 3 days before the requested date with no additional card.

    Upon reaching out to them on WhatsApp, they apologized and gave a 15 pounds voucher, basically incentivizing me to buy another bouquet to fix the screw-up they made. Couldn’t help but feel like I was being scammed.

    The fact that I, the customer, have to pay more money to fix a mistake that was not on my end is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

    VERY frustrating experience and horrible customer service
    Deeply disappointed with MyFlowers.co.uk. For a special birthday gift, the company made significant substitutions (missing balloon and giraffe – I had to pay extra for these items, replaced with an unrequested bear and no vase, despite claiming one was sent only to find our later, that a box of chocolates was sent instead without checking whether the recipient had any dietary restrictions) without any prior consultation. This completely undermined the purpose of the gift and showed a blatant disregard for customer preferences and trust. Their policy allows substitutions, but not without communication when possible, especially for key items. A refund for unfulfilled items was even refused. Will not be ordering from here again due to poor customer service and unapproved, unmet substitutions.

    ⭐ 1/5 – Misleading service and refusal to refund
    I selected and paid £68.72 specifically for Sunday, 1st February delivery. This was the only reason I placed the order. After taking full payment and confirming the date, the company later informed me they could not deliver on the agreed day and would deliver the following day instead.

    When I requested a full refund due to their failure to provide the service I paid for, they refused, stating the order had already been processed. Instead, they offered a £15 voucher or a discount on a future order, despite the fact that I had already paid £68.72 for a service they failed to deliver.

    The flowers were for a time-critical special occasion, making next-day delivery completely useless. Their internal logistical issues are not the customer’s responsibility.

    Advertising delivery dates that cannot be fulfilled, taking payment, and then refusing refunds while offering minimal compensation is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and misleading business practices.

    I strongly advise avoiding this company if delivery timing matters.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
    This is the second order ive placed with this company. The first order the flowers did not look like what was sold on the picture, when i confronted them they said that it wouldn’t look exactly the same as this picture? The second order I placed the flowers again did not look like the picture. I also ordered balloons to go with the flower and unforunately they took the initiative to cancel the balloons, instead of refunding me or even asking me, they replaced the balloons with candles I did not order! First they were honest and said they were worried they would burst or deflate, then they said they didnt have the stock! so they are liars! Also they were supposed to be delivered last night, their website promises a 24/7 delivery but again unfornately, this wasn’t true, though I paid extra for it to be a same day delivery they had it sent out the next day! Terrible company do not use them!

    Abysmal
    Stay well away avoid like the plague. Delivery 24hrs late wrong card and wrong message even got the senders Name Wrong. Flowers crushed and wilted very small bouquet when medium ordered. Refused refund. Atrocious company. Photos emails available as evidence.

    I can only comment on the service of ordering which was easy and without problem. I have not had a response from the recipient, which makes me wonder if there was an issue with the flowers!
