The site prominently advertises “Free UK delivery from 3 hours” and emphasises its unique selling point: allowing customers to choose a specific delivery time slot. However, after progressing through the site—entering your address and selecting a time slot (which incurs additional fees)—it’s clear that the site doesn’t verify if same-day delivery is even available for the chosen location. This seems like a deliberate design flaw, as it allows them to charge for services they are unable to fulfill, while encouraging users to proceed under false pretenses.
For those familiar with form data submission, it’s obvious that this discrepancy is intentional. This isn’t a case of oversight either—numerous reviews, dating back to the beginning of the year, highlight the same recurring issue. Despite this, the company continues to enter into contracts for services they knowingly cannot and do not provide. It’s particularly telling that while delivery validation is deficient, their payment system validation is robust and compliant with industry standards, ensuring they encounter no problems collecting money after misleading customers.
This company must either make significant improvements or face accountability. Given their repeated failure to correct these issues (which seems intentional), I have taken the following actions:
Reported them to Trading Standards for misleading advertising and for charging customers for services they knowingly do not provide.
Filed a crime report, as enticing payment under false pretenses fits the legal definition of fraud.
Disputed my payment due to breach of contract, after documenting the website’s deceptive practices and charges for unavailable services, as well as the unilateral changes made to the contract without customer consent.
Contacted their host and registrar, GoDaddy, to inquire whether they intend to assume liability for a client that appears to be in breach of their terms.

Gutted. I ordered flowers for my friends 50th in the UK. I’m in Australia. My first thought was Interflora but then I saw an ad pop up very high in google search engine for My Flowers Co UK – offering same day delivery. Well it’s been 3 days and after countless messages and phone calls (never picked up) the flowers have never been delivered. Total scam

It is now 3 days later and the flowers aren’t going to be delivered for at least another 3 days. They are trying to blame Royal Mail.
The level of customer service is appalling. No responses to WhatsApp messages (they way they ask to be contacted) and when I have called I have been hung up on by their customer service team twice.
I was trying to have some flowers sent to my daughter to wish her good luck for her new job – but the whole experience has been terrible and still no flowers at the time of writing.
I would advise not using this Company
