    Quick and smoothly

    Customer service spot on flower quality and package amazing
    Ordered my flowers and gift late in the evening. Had a little issue with delivery due to being outside of London but that was with royal mail but never the less myflowers didn’t leave me unhappy and rectified my unhappiness very quickly and were very helpful with tracking my offer and making sure communication was kept by Facebook over phone flowers turned up looking amazing even tho had been left in royal mail van for 2 night but so happy with them already have another order in and looking at more

    MyFlowers are the only flowers for me
    i love myflowers, they always have the best prices anywhere i look, and if they’re late with delivery the give you an upgrade on your order, i always send roses with a personalized letter to my Girlfriend, either feeling down or birthday these flowers always make her week.

    Late delivery
    I chose the same-day delivery option, it arrived the next day, there is nothing written on the website about this, so I was disappointed. Overall, I give it 4 points and I hope it improves this issue so that it doesn’t happen to other people in the future.
