    Excellent Service
    I buy my wife flowers weekly and have used many florists over the years, national and local. I started to use this company earlier in the year and they have never let me down. The quality of the flowers is excellent. The flowers will routinely last 10 days before wilting meaning that there can be an overlap of bouquets when the new flowers arrive. I adore my wife and she could have anything, she prefers flowers from this company, largely because the price is reasonable. I highly recommend

    Bad service
    Got a call in the afternoon saying delivery will not come until tomorrow….
    No good to me so I asked for a refund and was told could be 5 days for refund.
    Now my wife doesn’t have her anniversary flowers and I don’t have the money to get her any thing else for a week…….AVOID THIS COMPANY

    Not happy
    The flowers arrived on time, however some of them had wilted, and half dead, to be fair it was a hot day, but I’m really not impressed. I also filled out a card to be in with the flowers and It was missing.

    I will not be giving you my custom again.

My second purchase delivered a wrong color of boquet due to out of stocks but still the flowers received fresh even wrong color and they promise me they will make it up and will compensate for next order. Then my next purchase delivered it on time plus with free chocolates and fresh flowers that which i selected. Will definitely purchase again

    Hugely disappointed
    Flowers were delivered late and the bouquet was awful with dead flowers, when I asked for a replacement they refused and offered 20% off my next order. I’m so upset they were for my mum’s 80th and cost £50 please do not waste your money, awful flowers and awful service

    Customer service
    I have to say following a delay in my order being delated I was contacted by customer service agent called sophie. I have to say she went above a beyond to compensate me sending a replacement of higher value and included chocolates as an extra. Flowers received were beautiful . Thank you soo much sophie. You are an asset to the company many thanks

    The flowers delivered next day were very beautiful and my daughter A D O R E D them

    I ordered flowers from Pakistan for my Husband who lives in UK and I had an amazing experience with this company. The flowers were delivered the next day (just like I wanted) and they were extremely fresh and in perfect condition. My husband was super happy and I would love to order again from them!

    Scam. Avoid.
    If you want to save your money and yourself from disappointment, never ever use this company. I ordered flowers for next day delivery which their website allowed the chosen delivery date until after the payment was processed that a confirmation email was sent saying it will be delivered 1 day after the chosen date – at this point, it’s too late to cancel the order. So 2 days have passed and still no flowers delivered. It arrived on the 3rd day which was already too late for the occasion.
    I spoke to their WhatsApp customer service team who apologetically offered 15% discount on the next order which was ridiculous because a 15% off is also offered on their website. I thought this whole thing was a joke and they were firm that no refund will be offered as the flowers were delivered anyway. What a complete waste of time and money. Misleading and scammy.. avoid at all cost.

    1. An utterly disgraceful company. I feel I have been scammed in choosing this site; please rethink ordering from here.
      The flower quality is so poor and the site does not mention a catchment area. Unless you live in London, your flowers will be delivered through the letterbox, which is not advertised on site.
      For such extortionate prices, you can purchase a much better quality bouquet from an independent florist. I am sorely disappointed and the customer service I received upon complaining was horrendous. The deliberate ignorance of the replies makes it clear the company has little consideration for customers.
      Please buy elsewhere to avoid the same disappointment I have experienced.

    Lovely flowers and great service and communication.
    When I ordered the flowers for delivery the day I requested was approved by the website but I got an email within an hour saying that they can’t delivery the same same and apologised for the mix up stating that the delivery date should not have been allowed and to make up for the mistake they upgraded the bouquet and sent it out for next day delivery Great service and communication would use again.
