    UNPROFFESIONAL / WORST SERVICE EVER!
    Worst service ever! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s birthday and I’ve to cancel as she has to travel same day so They confirmed that it was cancel and it will be delivery once she is back and I contact them again. For my surprise when my friend back for her trip she found the flowers, the chocolate and the balloon on her house as they did delivery on that day without any update or confirmation from my side, also without letting me know, which is very unprofessional and not to mentioned a wasted of money as you could imagine the condition of the flowers, chocolate and the balloon.
    In addition, Now I am tying to get in touch with them to have an explanation of this poor service but without any success as no one is replying back. NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

    White roses
    Ordering was good flowers arrived well on time not damaged (next day 12pm)
    It was a special date 50years anniversary 50white roses
    Only 48 arrived wife counted only slightly disappointed but everything else was good

    Bouquet delivered late with dead flowers
    Ordered a bouquet as an anniversary gift for my wife. Arrived 3 days late with the flowers either dead or dying…do not use this company, I have contacted them regards their service seeking a refund but based on the reviews here I can see that I will have a fight on my hands.

      You can’t get through it constantly disconnects, order flowers for same day delivery for my DIL 21st birthday it’s now Wednesday and nothing.
      They called me Monday said they couldn’t deliver, I called them back and they could, received a text saying they’d be delivered, then received a WhatsApp to say couldn’t, another later on saying we will look into it. I want a full refund…. Answer your msgs and phone calls to your customers..

    Terrible company - DO NOT USE
    VERY BAD SERVICE- SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
    I ordered flowers for same day delivery as per the website, only to be sent a whatsapp message later on the same day to say they had sent the flowers but they will arrive the next day. I asked for them not to be sent and get a refund as I didn’t want them to arrive a day late, the only reason I ordered them in the first place was because they were showing same day delivery.
    REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, UNACCEPTABLE

    Avoid, avoid, avoid
    Of course, I should have read the reviews first! Reading the recent reviws, this is obviously a company which is not fit for purpose. They demanded a supplement for same day delivery, which they failed to honour. The flowers were delivered late and the company have refused a refund, saying that the recipient did not refuse delivery! You couldn’t make it up….

    PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY 🙏
    I am writing to express my dismay at the service I received from your company on 8th June 2024.
    I ordered 50 white roses and paid £70 with same day delivery.
    More than 3 hours after placing the order, I tried to contact them by phone, but I didn’t succeed.
    I wrote to them on WhatsApp and they answered me late. I wanted to make sure if the flowers will be delivered today.
    The lady on the phone told me that they don’t have 50 roses at the moment and that they will deliver the order tomorrow.
    After which they told me that I live too far away and that they will not be able to deliver the order. What is totally wrong.After the lady on the phone apologized and told me that it was a misunderstanding and that the flowers will be delivered today..

    I received the wrong order. 😠👎
    They sent me pink roses.. I contacted again and I was very angry.
    These flowers were supposed to be given to my mother and she hates the color pink 🫤🤦‍♀️😤 … I said that I am not satisfied with the order and to refund my money.. It was the first and last order from them. The lady told me that I can’t get the money back..please avoid, they are not serious. The bouquet is very small. I lost £70 for nothing..
    On Monday the manager needs to contact me so I am so curious what excuses they will find…

    CON ARTISTS SCAM
    Ordered 36 roses for my partners birthday …She received 15 so called “premium” instead… It is definitely a well worn scam that undoubtedly have used on many occasions . …Before sending them out, why didn’t they contact me to inform me the order could not be met… easy enough to do as they had my phone and email address .
    Instead I’ve been charged
    £45 for FIFTEEN average roses.
    Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!

    Shocking!!! Avoid that company
    Went to order flowers for a birthday celebration,I’m based outside of London , after my order has been accepted from the system I got email saying that they can’t delivery in the place where I would like to, then after 48 hours, customer services contacted me giving me a wrong track Id and not been able to see if and where my flowers were, customer service useless, answer giving like if they don’t care to help you to get it sorted , end of the story I’m still waiting to know where these flowers are, what a waste of time and money!!!! If you want help yourself , avoid that company !!!!

    Disgrace
    Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Ordered same day delivery T £5.99 extra, few mins later confirmation email, few minutes later “sorry😡 we can’t deliver today it will be tomorrow! Which would have been free delivery, called customer service number 7 times, stupid loud music for ten seconds then cut off! Now apparently they will be delivered the next day however are already 3 hours late for that time frame!!!! Omg really and I’m sure I won’t get a refund for the same day delivery from these jokers! BUYER BEWARE of these idiots! Take ur money and run and I urgently needed them same day!!!!!! No customer service and I will be reporting them to the office of fair trading, they are all not worth the money time and effort!!!!! Had to give them one star to submit review !!!!! No star rating for this pack of jokers

    Appauling
    Ordered flowers on Monday 3rd June for same day delivery. Its Thurs 6th today and apparently after being sat in parcel hub almost 4 days they are attempting delivery today. Customer service number cuts off after a minute. WhatsApp comms beyond terrible. Refusing refund. Have to refuse parcel. Do not use this company.
