Optifast

Optifast was discovered and developed by Sandoz Nutrition in 1974 for those who wished to lose weight. They have an Optfast programme that is medically supervised as management of weight programme. Its work is to monitor people closely and assess their progress on their weight loss journey. The programme is usually set to last for 16 weeks. Optifast offers various Optifast products like shakes and soups that are nutritionally balanced with vitamins, minerals and nutrients that they may recommend for you to keep a healthy body. They offer a range of delicious flavours for their shakers, including chocolate, banana, vanilla, strawberry, caramel and coffee, while soups are available in flavours like vegetable, tomato and potato & leek. The products are also a great source of fibre and protein that helps you keep full despite eating less.Their standard delivery services take 2-3 days for orders above €35. They charge €4.99 for the next day’s delivery and €9.99 for the next day’s evening delivery for orders made before midnight.
