Rating:8 So far so good I’ve been taking this for a month and have seen notable improvements in the last two weeks – not waking in the middle of the night as regularly and get off much quicker (in half an hour instead of 2-3 hours). Leaving 4 stars as too soon to tell the long term effects, hubby is now on them too, fingers crossed as he’s a worse sleeper than me!

Rating:10 Helping me through menopause I was suffering with terrible insomnia waking from hot flushes and anxiety , but since taking these I rarely wake in the night and my sleep has improved ten fold. Dreams can be a bit wild I called customer service they said it was because I was going into a deep sleep but these have subsided now anyway, I’m now subscribed and woukd recommend.

Only to find it’s not guaranteed because I took out a subscription.. Which was never mentioned at all when I bought them. So be careful when you buy them

Rating:10 Works incredibly well for me. My experience with sleep supplements has been tremendously good. I used to spend hours tossing and turning in bed, but with the supplements I fall asleep much faster. It’s fairly pricey, but for me it’s well worth the money.
