Confirmed with this company (Which trades under several different names) that the bed hadn’t been sent & I could cancel the order and re-order with a more reputable & reliable supplier.
I’m now receiving multiple voicemails to say the item has already been dispatched. When I call back to attempt to confirm the order has been cancelled (Which they’ve emailed to confirm) I’m told to wait 14 WORKING DAYS (3 weeks) for a refund which in real life actually takes 1-3 working days.
Wish I’d paid slightly more to order with a different company originally and saved hours of my life dealing with these clowns.
