I contacted the company via email to follow up and I received a generic confirmation of email delivery. However there has been no personalised response from the company to the questions I raised in my email yet. I paid for my order using my credit card and in the statement from the purchase, the company comes through with telephone number +44 20 3488 3381. I tried calling this number several times without luck – an answer phone with an O2 message comes up. My calls are not being returned.
The company is registered in London but the address to the shop / salon is an office building for co-working spaces (you can Google this and realise yourself by looking at Google maps – street view). Online orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Their returns policy has time limitations, which are impaired by and conflict with the company’s inability to send products in a timely manner making it more difficult to be able to access a refund.
The alleged positive reviews appear to follow a similar structure making them suspicious. The negative reviews inform a number of clients are having similar problems and concerns. I welcome you to review the company’s statements in the ‘Companies House’ register (you can search for this online) which indicate the ‘company’s intention of future activities being lawful’ which highlights suspicion.
My credit card company are looking into this for me and have agreed to cover the bills whilst they activate proceeding against the company.
In summary, AVOID this company. I invite you to look at the defensive responses from the company to constructive comments from affected users.

Th products opened in my luggage and my clothes were all wet and greasy.
The eshop not only did not apologise and refunded they encouraged me to communicate with the brand customer service. Eshops are responsible for the quality of the products they sell. Unacceptable. AVOID.

Ive contacted LTL about this and they said they could not give me a refund due to the fact that their courier, Parcelhubs tracking shows a pinpoint of delivery at my address. I have photographic evenmidence of where the parcel was found, with its CONTENTS STOLEN. The parcel was at the building next door and someone had already helped themselves to my products.
LTL are ignoring me and refusing any refund. I am absolutely livid, to say the least and fighting to get my money back. I was ripped off. What more proof do they need than a photo of my neighbors building with the ripped damaged parcel outside of their property? The fact that my parcel wasnt delivered to a safe secure location should have been enough for them to provide a refund especially as I sent a photo.

The box arrived, very heavy not very well packaged and all ripped open, driver left.
After checking when i got back and took each bottle out i noticed one of the bottles had leaked obviously due to the driver being rough and the silly packaging it came in. I thought i would see how much conditioner was lost before i messaged LTL about it, if it wasnt much i would not have bothered so i took the lid of to check never even thought i was not allowed to do this ? there was quite a lot lost so i did message to say.
They could have had the bottle back and just replaced or sent a smaller one to compensate, the only message i got back was because i opened it they couldnt resell or refund ? so basically my fault but you couldnt resell anyway, which i didnt get . Wont be using again very poor customer service.
