    Scammers
    Scammers! Same story as every other review. Good offer, lowered cos it had “scratches, more than one” which I know it didn’t. Accepted the reduced offer because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. Payment never arrived. Tried ringing, got cut off. E mailed, no response! They have stolen my phone.

    Price comparison site with value given …..quick to send you label etc same as others say scratches on screen devalued accept offer now no money no phone and no contact disgusting behaviour read other reviews saying same avoid avoid avoid

    Awaiting payment
    I wish I saw these reviews before. Like all others I sent in an excellent condition iPhone 13 was offered less than Apple offered me for trade in after they received the device but I had them missed the trade in cut off with Apple. After several emails and a phone call and more than 10 working days I still haven’t received payment. I went off trust pilot reviews!

    Complete joke stole my phone
    Offered way below original offer then put up offer twice what a scam when I agreed said money had been processed but over a week later I still haven’t received my money ignoring emails beware of these scammers offers you pennies for your phone then have the cheek to keep your phone and your money so they have stolen my phone and my money going to get a friend who works with solicitor to check this out also going to the police I hate that these people think they can get away with stealing your phones don’t trust these at all

    Scam
    Worst ever experience selling a phone. Made up fake faults with the phone once they had it and pretended that when Royal Mail say it’s delivered, it’s not actually delivered. Reduced offer from £350 to £200 on the basis of it having 87% battery and light scratches. This is a lie. It is pristine and if they return me a different phone (I have the IMEI and photos) I’ll be calling the police for theft. Assuming they return it at all

    DO NOT USE
    Same story as others, best offer price, reduced by more than 50% due to ‘deep scratches’ despite taking photo before sending, 2 rejected offers expected phone back only to be told that we had ‘auto-accepted’ a third offer and would not be getting the phone back. Don’t be deceived by the high prices they offer – your phone is scratched, it’s just that it is so microscopic you can’t see it (nor presumably any other buyer) they just want your phone for the cheapest they can pay (and then don’t pay).

    Even 1 star is too much
    Even 1 star is too much! 8th working day and 3 emails. I am still waiting for payment for my trade in despite assurances that the money would be in my bank account within 24hours. Avoid this company like the plague. Will be reporting them to trading standards!

    Scam!
    Having read the previous reviews I could have just cut and pasted this review.
    Like many others I sent a iPhone 14 like new in the original box with accessories only to be offered less than half the original price because of “deep scratches “
    Unhappy I refused 3 offers and asked for my phone back. A phone was sent back but NOT my phone I can prove this because I made a note of the IEMI numbers. A poor quality phone was sent back in its place in a plain brow box. I have spoken to O2 who can if required send a copy of my agreement with the IMEI numbers on.
    Meanwhile I have a phone that is almost worthless. I am pursuing this with ur and will take it as far as I can.

    12 months warranty
    Returned my pixel phone after it stopped working less then 3 months. Was given back half to the cost I paid for. You claimed that there was no like for like but looking at your website there where several pixels in stock of the same model and colour. You lained claimed there is a reduction in refund after 132 days but did is not mention anywhere and this is not what I would class as 12 months warranty. It false advertisement specifically that I only had the phone less then 3 months.

    Very bad company
    I had a very bad experience with this company . They offered best price for my phone then gave me less than 50% of the offer. I accepted as I was ill and in hospital. However they took 12 days to pay me after I sent them several e mails. They do not answer their phone and calling them cost me £7 as it not a free number. Take my advice and don’t use them I had a very bad experience.

    AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
    Not even a 1 is deserved. Please check other reviews especially when trading in as this company take your phone, make up things are wrong with it, massively undervalue your phone then have the audacity not to even pay you.
    Please invest your property and time into a company that isn’t UR that are genuine and have morals and don’t rely on ripping people off. Please avoid.

    Sold my old iPhone to UR….. after inspection was offered less than half originally quoted price for phone. Apparently there were significant scratches (there weren’t)
    Declined offer and was told no further offers would be made. Amazingly (!!) they made me another offer, closer in price to original. I accepted this, but the promised payment in 3-5 working days actually took 8 days after chasing up by email.
    There are definitely better companies to sell your old phone to- who pay swiftly and don’t reduce their offer unnecessarily. Go elsewhere!
