No product delivered
Having placed an order with this company on the 28th of February, with 48 hour delivery, I still haven’t recieved my yarn on the 13th of March.

Fabulous Service
Received an order, but not all yarn was the same dye lot. One email and within 2 days I had a replacement and return postage label. Fabulous customer service, I will definitely use this company again

Do not respond to emails
Should have stuck with my regular supplier. Ordered a large yarn order, still hasn’t arrived after a week and two requests for a tracking number have gone unanswered.

Be careful with returns
Just be aware if you use this website they are good with delivery but terrible with returns. I’ve spent the last few months chasing a refund for items sent back in February. (A large, expensive order). The process has been very stressful, speaking to various different people and not getting answers.

Excellent!
Ordered for the first time this week. Order arrived super fast! Absolutely beautiful wool! Amazing quality and very cheap. Wish I’d of bought more! Will definitely be buying from again. Highly recommend.

I have contacted them twice now, first time they were apologetic and said they would send the order the next day. The second time, they blamed Royal Mail losing it, despite the fact that Royal Mail says they are still expecting it. This second time I spoke to them completely contradicted what they had said the first time so someone was lieing.
I was assured that my package would be a high priority and would be sent out immediately, yet, it still hasn’t.
There are a lot of good shops out there but I wouldn’t trust this one. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it seems like the business started off well and something went wrong over the last couple of months.

Unhappy
Don’t reply to their customer service email OR give you a real tracking number in the despatch email as promised.
Not happy. If they responded to customer enquiries I would give them another chance but first impression is not good.
