I’ve spent the last few months chasing a refund for items sent back in February. (A large, expensive order). The process has been very stressful, speaking to various different people and not getting answers.

I have contacted them twice now, first time they were apologetic and said they would send the order the next day. The second time, they blamed Royal Mail losing it, despite the fact that Royal Mail says they are still expecting it. This second time I spoke to them completely contradicted what they had said the first time so someone was lieing.
I was assured that my package would be a high priority and would be sent out immediately, yet, it still hasn’t.
There are a lot of good shops out there but I wouldn’t trust this one. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it seems like the business started off well and something went wrong over the last couple of months.

Don’t reply to their customer service email OR give you a real tracking number in the despatch email as promised.
Not happy. If they responded to customer enquiries I would give them another chance but first impression is not good.
