Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 DO NOT buy any insurance from AirHelp. Useless. To be honest, do NOT buy any insurance from AirHelp!!! Personal experience, I got a flight from tockholm-Arlanda to London Gatwick airport on 11th of Dec 2023, the flight N. is D84457. I brought the Insurance from AirHelp when I buy ticket due to a business trip. But the flight was delayed more than 100mins which causes lots trouble for me. I missed the train and have to taxi back to meeting locaiton and it delayed as well. So I claimed my cause from Airhelp and they just rejected with a stupid reason which is Arlanda airport doesn’t cover this. Come on, if insurance companies does not take any risk, all case must be claimed by airport, then why human need the insurance? The purpose of an insurance company is to use normal people insurance fee to cover the people who got accidents.
