Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 You been WARNED!!! As one other reviewer says, ‘pay extra and go else where’. Book MOT online with its reasonable price and Saturday morning slot. However on arrival to discover the garage in darkness. Called garage emergency number to be told they don’t open on Saturdays. This is so annoying as I’m transporting someone in the week for urgent medical treatment.

Rating:2 PAY AN EXTRA FIVER AND GO ELSEWHERE Firstly they double charged me. Stated that my booking wasn’t successful and so I had to try again, to which two booking confirmations for the same car and two payments had been taken. When I emailed them about it they passed me from department to department, so resulted in calling. Then, the booking gave no clarity on what time the MOT was for but said that 24hr prior to the booking I’d get a time. Ofcourse I didn’t receive this. I then had to call when they opened at 8:30 and to which they told me I had to take it in for 8:45 and leave it in till 4. Bearing it mind it was 8:35 at this point and this had never previously been mentioned. Pay the extra fiver and go elsewhere.

Poor and unreliable booking system which ‘ASDA MOTORING’ just appear to carry on with its errors. Looking at other reviews this has been happening for some time.
