Customer service is autobot
One star review as I cant give zero. I cannot get in touch with anyone at Royal Mail Customer support to find out what has happened to one if 3 parcels I sent on the same day. Tracker shows 2 of them have been picked up and sent overseas via Heathrow but 3rd is still stuck in the Cardiff sorting office. Any attempt via the web to find out what is going on is met with auto response <>
