    Not satisfactory
    Although there is a good deal of helpful emails from product source when it came to the delivery day, Thurs 12th the product was in Tamworth. I waited until 10:30pm constantly looking at tracking information. The parcel never arrived. Asked the AI assistant and the parcel was supposed to be delivered by 7Pm. It would have been extrememely helpful if I had a text message to say the parcel wouldn’t be delivered. However I sent a reschedule delivery and now see that the parcel is at the Exeter warehouse. I have yet to have a confirmation date for tomorrow Sat 14th. I am hoping that this will all go through and at last I receive my parcel.

    Not broken, but too late
    The UPS delivery guy was friendly, however, he was 3 hours late. my package was ok!
