We bought a kayak pump from this company for which we paid £7.95 delivery (delivery was not fast either)!
When it arrived, the pump attachment was not compatible with our kayak. I called customer service to query this (waited a very long time for my call to be answered) and was asked if our kayak was one of theirs, it isnt, to which I was told the pump will only fit their own brand!
In their advertisement, it states ‘SUITABLE FOR’ and lists the name of their own brand of inflatable crafts but does not state that it would not be suitable for all brands!!
What they should have advertised is ‘ONLY SUITABLE FOR’ then list the brands.
I raised this with them and pointed out that if they had advertised it correctly, I would not have bought it. They were not the slightest bit interested.
So now we have to pay to return it which will bring the total delivery costs to £16 for absolutely no benefit as they point blank refused to even meet me half way and offer a free return, despite the fact that their advertising of this pump was not clear and does not explicitly indicate that the pump will ONLY fit their own brand of inflatables.
Very bad first and last experience with this company. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
