I have been doing surveys for many years on Lifepoints but recently have had several issues. The latest was that when 2 hours in to completing a survey I suddenly got an error message & was unable to continue. I contacted the help desk but at the end of the day received nothing. I feel that maybe they used my answers but got out of giving points. I have now ended my association with them.
