    Not the holiday extras I want
    I arrived a little late for my slot at Aspire Lounge at Birmingham Airport to find that they had no food and the bar was closing, creating for me a horrendous situation for what should have been an enjoyable relaxing meal time. No food and no drink so I didn’t go in
    Now credit where it’s due. Holiday Extras deployed Abbie to deal with it. She was courteous, polite and got on with it, (after I contacted again). after admitting that I had not engaged the contract and had no benefit she offered me a partial refund. That is, the cost of the lounge, and I’m surprised that they act as agent for something so poor, and not refunding the cost of their confirmation text, so those who know me know that generally I don’t mind fair loss to myself but this kind of injury upon insult does not sit well with me.
    They then pulled a stunt after I refused their offer they sent the partial refund seeking to force the situation. Totally unacceptable bullying.
    Would I recommend them? No. Not when they behave like that. I’ve sent their partial refund back. These are not the extras I want for my holiday

    Nearly perfect!
    Instructions were very clear for our arrival in Crete, we were taken to our vehicle and on our way without any issues.
    Small hiccup on our return, a message came through on the app saying our driver had arrived, but could not see the vehicle. A link was provided to call the driver, who said he was on his way and on time. I think my action based on the app upset our driver, but I don’t think he understood when I tried to apologise.

    Lounge
    Fabulous in every way, away from the hustle & bustle of the normal airport waiting halls . We had time to relax and enjoy the start of our holiday, our flight was delayed so we had extra time in there .

    Excellent.No problems
    On arrival at the lounge I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who showed me to a table and booked me in. The food was good as was the coffee. I then relaxed until boarding time was shown. Perfect, thank you.

    Just perfect
    Absolutely effortless and if you are lucky enough to get Fill the driver he’s an absolute star, helps with everyone’s cases and even had a sing song on the way to the terminal, superb, what a start to the holiday 👍

    Easy parking Edinburgh wide spaces
    Been booking via Holiday Extras for a few years now always cheaper and very easy process never had any issues. Highly recommend.

    Booked again
    Used Holiday Extras to book Hotel and 14 days parking at Holiday Inn M27. Easy to book, pleased with the price given and subsequent communication and confirmation. Have stayed at this hotel before (independently booked) and found this booking process easier. The reception was friendly but needed to go through all the relevant information (given to HE again). Only disappointment was the cruise parking section was closed so park anywhere and the restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get.
    I have booked through HE again, this time to another hotel but word of warning if you are going down in two cars DONT TICK “ANOTHER ROOM REQUIRED”. I did this but this does not allow for another car so I had to cancel the booking (for which I got the equivalent vouchers – full value) and then had to make two separate bookings

    Hilton Garden Inn T2 & T3
    Hotel in great location for Heathrow terminals 2 or 3. Check-in & out efficient and rooms comfortable, quiet and clean.

    Bristol silver zone parking
    First time using Silver Zone and it was completely easy and worthwhile. Very straight forward, follow signs where you park then hand your keys in and get onto the bus for the short ride to the airport. When you return the bus takes you to the building where you pick up your keys and then a very short walk to your car and off you go. So easy will use again.

    Meet & great east Midlands
    Excellent service as always
    Only slight quibble on returning to car
    Was that heating was switched to max
    Heated seat was on full &
    Radio had been tuned into a Asian network.
