    Good service
    I accidentally ordered the wrong size of bag, emailed to ask about a refund and got no reply. I then left a review saying I hadn’t heard back, and contempo emailed me with the nicest email explaining they hadn’t received my email and asked what address I had sent them to, they also issued a return label straightaway. When I checked I had misspelled by one letter in the email, hence why they hadn’t received the emails. I have to say, other than the bag being too small, it was lovely, and the customer service is fantastic. Apologies once again to Contempo.
