I wrote to Footpatrol about where the sneaker is. They wrote that something went wrong, they couldn’t send the sneaker. Of course we ran out of stock. For example, if a bank uses my money, then at least my money earns interest. Footpatrol offered free shipping on my next purchase. If I can pay £190 then I don’t think paying for shipping will be a problem. It’s a very humiliating situation that they think I can’t pay the shipping cost. They also wrote that their ordering system is inadequate because they cannot track whether the goods actually arrive at the customer. It is not my responsibility that there is a problem with their system!!! My biggest problem is that Footpatrol used my money for free!!! And if I didn’t write to them, they wouldn’t have even noticed that they didn’t send me anything!!!

Did not receive any product and could not make any contact with this party.
Last March I ordered shoes from this company. I have not heard anything about my order despite my multiple attempts to contact Footpatrol.
So I paid €180 for nothing.
I would advise everyone not to order from this company.
