Good Candles

The idea for Good Candles was conceived at the end of 2019. Olly, the founder, explains that he had a lot of free time during the first pandemic lockdown in the UK, which he used to realise his dream of creating fun candles. Olly has experience working in retail at Primark. He is also currently the CMO of mahabis. Good Candles is one of the ventures Olly started to support worthy causes. The main objective of starting the business is to donate to various charities. Good Candles donates 10% of each sale. Some of the causes the enterprise supports are National Literacy Trust, The Trussell Trust and CALM.Good Candles launched on October 2020, with four candles to support the found main charitable organisations the founder selected. Since then, the company has added a few more products to the collection. Good Candles is about crafting unique candles with a message. The candles feature quirky art to accompany the cause. Some selections in the range include Forest Fire, School Dinners and Reading Books. Apart from home use products, a collection of travel candles is available, as well The business provides carbon-neutral shipping, where they offset the carbon footprint of each order.
