Havens was established in 1901 and it is based in Westcliff, near Southend-on-Sea in Essex. It is a family business owned by Nigel and Paul Havens, who ensure that the company meets its day-to-day goals. They are an expert retail store that provides Gifts, Tableware and Crystal Glass. In addition, they sell home decors and accessories, kitchen appliances, housewares and jewellery. In general, Havens provides quality items for gifts and the home. This has made it popular in the online environment though still working from Hamlet Court Road. For that reason, their stores are officially closed and trading is being entirely done online.Havens is dedicated to providing high-quality products at a competitive price. They have a friendly and professional service team that guides you on what products will satisfy your needs and ensures that you have no doubt in them. They offer customer service where you can enquire about anything concerning your order. Fortunately, Havens accepts back items received in bad condition and replaces them for you free of charge when you notify them about it within three days.
