Rohan was launched in 1972 by couples Sarah and Paul Howcroft with a £70 – about £1,000 start-up capital in today’s money. They put up the venture in a small house in Skipton, Yorkshire, near West Yorkshire textile mills. Rohan’s high-quality fabric was the perfect material for outdoor apparel. Today, this company is the leading and favourite outdoor and travel clothing specialist in the UK.Rohan’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission is powered by its strong commitment to responsible business practices. The practices are rooted in the company’s over forty years of building long-lasting, versatile outdoor clothing that lets customers experience the world safely and comfortably in gear well-crafted by passionate and knowledgeable people.The company has a friendly customer service team that will give you a warm welcome over the phone support, email or in-store. The team will also help you understand the products and the general business. They will attend to you and answer your concerns relating to a product or details on an order you have placed. Rohan gives the customers the top priority, and there is a family-run call centre that has been in operation for over five years.
