Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 My horrible experience booking through Destinia I booked a hotel in Istanbul through Destinia website for 2 rooms and 2 nights for total 4 guests and paid for 2 rooms and 2 nights. When reaching the hotel we have been informed that our reservation was for 1 room and 2 nights which was a clear mistake by Destinia but unfortunately Destinia refused to accept their mistake. We could not stay in the same hotel as the hotel was fully booked and we could not get another room for the 2 other guests so we had to cancel our full booking and book in another hotel which costed much more due to last minute booking. Unfortunately Distinia refunded only for 1 night so we lost more than Euro250 plus extra cost booking rooms in another hotel on last minute. This was my first booking with Distinia which surely I am not going to do again and will not recommend anyone to booking through Distinia. I have been doing my booking with Booking.com for many years and never encountered such problem
