    Decent price and easy to use
    Easy to find. Got parked within minutes in disabled spot very close to bus stop. Bus arrived immediately and was a short 10 min journey to T2.
    Coming back was just as easy. Straight onto bus and dropped back right by our car
    Absolutely brilliant and would recommend

    Good service, very expensive
    With very small children needed parking as close as possible. Not many spaces, very narrow for SUV
    Very expensive

    Great service
    Great experience. After parking the car, the shuttle appeared in about 4 minutes. Just after leaving the departure terminal, the bus arrived in about 3 minutes. Considering the low temperatures in December/January, we received outstanding service.

    You can book with confidence
    Perfect in all areas. When I arrived they quickly checked me in, the info receipt was clear and they circled the relevant parts for me. The return area was close to arrivals and my car was ready for me where they said it would be – and it was lovely and clean because I booked the car wash as a treat (I would definitely do that again!). The return desk clerk was really friendly and helpful.

    Good all round
    Good price and the hotel and parking was a convenient location. Service at the hotel was a bit lack lustre but that’s no fault of holiday extra.

    Great Experience
    We arrived just before our allotted time but were able to book in, the room was clean and warm.
    We paid for a dinner and ate in the restaurant the food was lovely.
    Slept well and had a great break away, the car was left in the car park and was not moved.
    On our return we collected our keys and left for home.
    No problems, no worries and great experience.

    Purple parking
    This was such a smooth experience. Thanks to the superb efficiency of the staff. Their friendliness and helpfulness is a rare commodity these days and was much appreciated. Bus drivers, car park attendants and people in the office. Brill !

    Have used Holiday Extras many times. Flights booked to and from Tenerife. Due to fly back on Friday 26th Dec, only to have our flight cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Phoned the car park number explained the situation, no problem Madam, just let us know when your flight is rebooked. rang the next day to inform them that our flight was leaving and what time we were due to arrive. Rang after getting our luggage, short delay in waiting for our car, but soon arrived. Staff all helpful and polite.

    Great transfer at Tokyo Haneda airport
    I had a flight that landed 2am in the morning so needed a transfer that would take me straight to my hotel and take away the stress of catching a taxi. The transfer arranged through Hokiday Extras was brilliant. The driver was waiting for me at arrivals and took me quickly to my hotel. Just what I needed after a long trip.
