    Great start to a trip
    Little blip in finding the hotel at Gatwick but easily sorted. Hotel stay was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of space to park (feb) and check in easy. Hotel held key. In the morning there was a hoppa bus to airport and on return. Buy a return ticket. Wait for about 15 mins for the return, think i’d just missed one and bus was on time. Picking up key was easy. Will use again

    First class service and product. Car parking at Stansted Airport made simple
    From the online booking for our family cars it was clean and simple.
    Good description of Mid stay car park which is of excellent quality. Keep up the good work.

    Self parking T3
    Easy to find the car park, plenty of spaces and well sign posted to reach T2 where we were flying from. I would park here again. Good communication from Holiday Extras about the booking.

    Easy
    Very easy drop off and pick up of car. Buses were frequent and easy to find. We were delayed a whole 24 hours due to a cancelled flight from NY and only incurred a £20 extra which we can claim back anyway so all in all really great. Would recommend.

    Good job
    Bus arrived at the meeting point on time, driver checked us off his list and put our bags in the storage area and we got on. A couple of other pick ups, which were on the way to the airport. We arrived close to Departures door, and the driver got our bags from under the bus and we were in. All told, a 20 minute journey. Well done and thank you. We’d use them again.

    Easy and efficient
    Really easy both ways. Thanks also to the people on duty in the area when you drop your car off who check in with you to make sure you understand how to operate the key drop system. Took the stress out completely! Just make sure not to lose your receipt as it has the bar code on to retrieve your keys on return. Might be an idea to photograph the receipt – my hubby thought he’d lost it, he didn’t, but I said we’d take a picture next time just in case!

    Awesome, highly recommend

    Meet and greet at Luton
    Easy to book parking at a reasonable price. Parking in multi storey was easy enough with short walk to terminal.
    Poor directional signage in airport to find meet and greet on return.

    Seamless
    Have booked meet and greet with Holiday extras many times albeit over many years. For my last two trips leaving from Stansted and Gatwick. I found the whole process seamless. Calling prior to arriving at the Airport speeds up the process. Collection was easy. All the staff I came into contact with were professional and courtoeus . I have no problem whatsoever in recommending this company to look after your parking needs. I will use them again in August.
