    Parking and overnight stay
    Hotel was okay for a 2-star overnight stop, clean and comfortable. Parking easy as we have used JetParks on many occasions. Straightforward transfer from car park to terminal, a bit of a wait on the return but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall a satisfactory experience.

    The directions for the Novotel were very clear, easy to park, reception very welcoming and shuttle bus reliable for time. Stansted airport.

    So Easy.
    Apart from a car on fire blocking the main entrance, then being redirected with nobody to direct the traffic. I ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay £8.50 to get out. Eventually finding the entrance from there it was so easy, to park with a lot of spaces available.

    Stay at Luton airport
    Overall, the experience was nearly perfect. However, the wait for someone to pick up our car was a bit of a downside, especially since it added stress when we needed to check in our luggage at the airport. On the return, having my car ready and waiting was a significant improvement compared to previous experiences.

    Parking at Bristol Airport
    I used the multi-storey car park for the first time this April. It was very easy to book and so easy to access. Much more efficient than using the Silver parking that I’d always used before . No concrete drive ways up to the floors ( this always stresses me in multi-storey car parks) . Once parked it was easy to walk across to the terminal. I loved it!

    Mid stay 3 EM airport
    Can’t fault holiday extras for the booking. All went to plan. Only issue is with EM airport as you can walk 3 to 5 minutes from parking, (mid stay 3) we were lucky as it was dry but it would have been a nightmare if it had been raining with the young children and a baby!! No covers to walk under like Birmingham Airport.

    Not bad
    Did everything that was advertised. Convenient. Was concerned about leaving keys, but it wasn’t an issue and the car was fine.
    Good price too, cheaper than getting a taxi and probably more convenient.
