    Amazing service
    I am so pleased with the team at Holiday Extra’s. this is the second time using their service and they delivered again. I read so many horror stories when there are minor issues or anything doesn’t go to plan from other companies, but I experienced an issue myself this time with my departure flight, I was unable to board a long-haul flight due to a technical issue. I had to collect my car unplanned and drop it off at a later date. The Team at Holiday Extras were so accommodating, I collected my car with no problems, they answered the phone within a few minutes and were polite and professional, the re booking when perfectly to plan, and my car was ready and waiting when I eventually got back from a 10-hour flight. Thank you, team, see you again soon.

    Great hotel/parking
    We arrived at hotel to be greeted by the most amazing reception staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast the next day was too, from the food to the service we recieved. Our only niggling was the walk to the terminal over 10mins not good in pouring rain. However there is a bus that stops there but no body mentioned the service. Some they might want to think about doing

    Mixed feelings
    Used M&G at Manchester Airport many times with no problems generally apart from very poor signage for M&G T2!! Went round the same roundabout twice and in the past we have ended up paying to exit the drop off area! On our return, retrieving our car was not easy as the usual system has changed since we last went in the spring. We eventually found we had to use a lift up to another floor. They parked our car so close to the next car, my husband had to enter via the passenger door even though it was parked in a disabled bay as requested.
    Clayton Hotel was great as usual, shuttle bus to and from the airport was perfect with helpful, polite drivers. Hotel reception was quick for check in and check out. Hotel room very comfortable, with tea and coffee facility, hairdryer and TV. Hotel bar – drinks prices are ok but not much choice re ciders. Food menu ok but very pricey. Staff warm and welcoming.

    Excellent as always
    Everything was spot on from our arrival right next to Terminal 2 to our return after our holiday. This facility is professional, friendly and extremely well organised. Would highly recommend.

    Perfect service
    Parked my car at Manchester airport was easy to find with the information given on email they took my details and directed me to my terminal, staff there are lovely welcoming and friendly I will be using these lot again for sure

    So easy
    It’s so easy to use this app, do your date your leaving and returning, pay. Than just turn up, leave your car with peace of mind that it will be OK on your return.

    Great service but last time I used the service my car was picked up and delivered to the drop off ar
    Great service but last time I used the service my car was picked up, taken away and delivered to the drop off area. This time, it was a bit stressful to be in a controlled area with ANPR all over the place to find the drop off area hidden behind the Sofitel. As for pickup, I struggled to find the hidden area behind the Sofitel from arrivals to retrieve my keys then find my waiting car again. Overall, for the price, a great way to park in LGW but let down by the stressful uncertainty of what to expect.

    Good option
    Use silver parking a lot, easy to book, reasonable price, easy to access and park. Quick transfers to/from airport. Friendly staff.
    Only criticism this times was that our car stank of cigarette smoke (we don’t smoke), and loads of condensation inside, windows were dripping wet, so took us some time to clear before we headed home.

    Always the best option
    Booking the car is very easy, even if you are not great with IT. The parking area is easy to drive to and is a huge area, so finding a space is not a problem. The reception staff are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The bus transfer drivers are also very helpful – particularly when heavy cases are involved as they load and unload them – and friendly too. The previous time I used this car park my car battery was flat on return after four weeks holiday – no problem, as a jump start was given freely and quickly. The cases etc and passenger(s) can remain at reception when parking up and collecting the car i.e. only the driver is required to park/collect. The transfer buses only require a journey of six minutes max and are always on time when required. A great service, thank you.

    Does the job
    Booking this parking was cheaper than a taxi each way. Arrived parked the car then booked in. Best to takes note of where you parked. Receptionist was great. The bus took us to the airport. On the way back, phoned when we had our luggage and the bus was waiting. Soon back at the car and heading home. Really good service

    Easy parking
    Great staff, car looked after. Use them 6-8 times a year . This time car wasn’t not in the space I was told at pick up. However it only took a couple of minutes to be brought to me!!
