    Excellent
    The driver was waiting for us at our destination and he was professional, polite and friendly. He insisted on helping with our luggage. The vehicle was a smart six seater taxi (for 2 of us) which was immaculate throughout. He drove with care and caution and advised us of our estimated time of arrival.
    Our return pick up was booked for 8.30am and we always like to be on time so were ready and waiting at 8am. The same driver arrived a few minutes later apologising for being early but this suited us nicely as we had more time to browse at the airport. Also the price for the journey was competitive. It couldn’t have gone any better.

    BRILLIANT
    Simple, easy to find and lots of spaces.
    Waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus transfers,if only the other London airports parking were as simple as this one.
    Definitely recommend Jetparks

    All went to plan
    Easy to book, always use for holiday parking at airports. This one was for Jet Oarks 1 at East Midlands. All ok to park and bus was fine to terminal. Will be using again.

    5 star never disappoints
    Loyal customer because always a first class service provided. Jet park 3 bus service reliable, drivers are professional, friendly and polite. Never disappointed. Always positive feedback

    What NO discount for regular customers
    Very good as usual, your staff are very good especially at EMA. As it says why no discount for regular customers, l use you at least 5 times a year and have done for donkeys

    Airport parking
    I am very satisfied with the way the parking works. My only reason for not awarding five stars is you don’t offer a discount for regular returning customers.

    Easy Parking!
    Used the parking service at Edinburgh Airport previously, so booked again, and still can’t fault.
    Booking is easy, easy to find at the airport, park car, drop off keys, get the bus to airport, job done!
    when we arrived back, we sent a text to say flight had arrived, got bus back to car park (maybe 3min wait for bus) collected keys and car and drove home…
    It’s really that simple
    Can’t fault the service
    Will continue to use!

    Top notch
    Transport waiting when we arrived, booking in fast and friendly, exactly the same on return. Wouldn’t park anywhere else. Well done

    Seamless parking and transfer
    We used the ‘Silver Zone’ parking at Bristol Airport last week and everything worked seamlessly, both on drop-off and collection. We have used the Silver Zone before and never had an issue. No complaints this time either. We had a credit voucher from Holiday Extras from a previously cancelled trip, which we chose to use for this trip. Just under £90 for almost 8 days parking seemed reasonable. Would recommend.
