    Fantastic!
    We flew from Manchester airport. We’ve used this service for a few years. The drop and go service is so easy to use. Easy to book, directed straight to the car park, recognised the reg plate etc. The people running the service are extremely friendly and professional. Easy collection when you return home. Easy every time!

    50 minutes wait for car return
    We had to wait for more than 50 minutes for our car to be returned to us. We flew from T5 and returned to T3. I booked this and paid extra to have the car returned to us at T3. This was stated clearly on the booking document. The staff involved in returning the car apologised and said that they went to the wrong terminal but this should not have happened.

    Dubai airport transfer
    Booked holiday extra as it was half price of any other
    Driver made contact day before confirming pick up easy to find with clear instruction and name on sign smooth drop off evening before return made contact explaining large vehicle broke down so sent two cars for our return made sure we were collected together and dropped off in same place so no searching in massive Dubai airport for family in other car
    All drive was safe and friendly would definitely recommend thank you

    Hotel Food
    We stayed at the Radisson as it was close to Stansted and wanted to stay somewhere nice to start the holiday well. We went to the hotel restaurant for an evening meal. All three of us complained that the food was out of packets/jars which you do not expect from a Radisson 5* hotel. I ordered the curry which was £23 and had to send it back twice. The naan bread was a small flatbread the size of a pitta bread that had been burned in the toaster. The rice was little more than a table spoon full. This place is the airport equivalent of a motorway service station. They don’t care because you have to use them and everything is ultra processed. I never complain about anything usually but it was dreadful.

    Terrible
    Amended my return transfer 48 hours before, to a hotel they said was 9 minutes away from the hotel I was staying at. I contacted them 48 hours before to ask if they could amend it to the hotel I was dropped off at as I couldn’t see why I wouldn’t be collected from the same hotel but they said no. I walked for nearly 20 minutes following the map they sent me. Eventually I went back to my hotel and asked the receptionist if she knew where the hotel was that they said they would collect me from. It turned out to be a 59 minute walk uphill to another town. I then had to get a taxi which holiday extras said they would not pay for. I told them I was travelling on my own with a 6 year old and a suitcase and a bag.
    Once I was collected by the coach it then travelled back to the town I had just come from.
    Have used in the past but would never use again. All customer service do is pass the buck when you speak to them.

    Never again
    Holiday inn, never again. What a horrible damp room with aircon that was so loud and sounded like the bath was running! Paid a good amount to stay in a run down room feels like a joke.

    The parking was very good, would recommend them again

    Brilliant
    I was slightly nervous about booking transfers in Thailand through HolidayExtras but everything went absolutely perfectly! I booked 4 different transfers. The information was excellent, the communication on the day was perfect, the drivers were friendly and the price great.

    Glasgow Holiday Extras
    Staff very helpful drivers very helpful and friendly. Well organised, would use this again. But Glasgow don’t offer fast security service.

    Stress free parking.
    Always use Glasgow Skyport parking at least 3 times per year, excellent staff,bus drivers very helpful and polite well done again to everyone involved.

    Stress-free airport parking & car hire
    Second or third time using these guys, never had a problem. All information clearly provided up front, prices are great and everything just goes off without a hitch.

    Computer said no
    Went great until we got to barrier didn’t open
    Pushed help button eventually after 10 minutes he opened gate . Not system

    ASPIRE certainly didn't
    I’ve used holiday extras to book carparking and lounges before and never had any issues. As long as things run smoothly there’s no issues. However my experience with the Lounge at Birmingham was way below substandard (avoid ASPIRE just not worth the money) I complained directly to Aspire but, as they informed me, as the booking was through holiday extras they couldn’t issue a refund. So I contacted holiday extras. After a 21 day wait for a response I was given a fob-off reply and refusal of refund even though I’d only had an hour in the lounge and my wife had only crackers as food due to the substandard choice. I will never use holiday extras for anything ever again because I know I will get zero support or satisfaction if there is ever an issue again.

    Avoid holiday extras. Customer service is abysmal.

    1. Great experience start to finish. Drop off car at Maple Parking, took the shuttle bus to Ibis Budget by terminal 2, driver pointed out hotel as it was hidden behind the Holiday Inn – just 2 mins,walk from T2 drop off. Hotel was pleasant- nice room, good meal and choice of drinks from bar. Comfy sleep, up for early morning flight – quickly across to T2, upstairs to departures and left along the Skylink to T3. 15 mins all in all, very easy walk. On return, called number on the card Maple Parking gave me on check in, headed to bus point C and clearly marked Maple parking bus picked me up. Collected keys and car and headed home. Easy and street free. Thank you!

    We stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow and used their leave and park facility. Great room and our car was left in a safe secure place, all at a good price

    Easy to use and great service
    Travelled via Gatwick last week for our summer holiday, so elected to park at Purple Parking Lowfield Heath. Booking online was easy, as was changing the registration of the car we were taking. A well organised system on arrival. On the return our bus driver (Simon) was excellent, lifting all travellers’ bags onto the racks on the bus, and taking them off again when back at the car park, plus some witty banter for the drive. Cannot fault the service
