    Overnight stay and 2 weeks parking
    Fab hotel right next to the airport only a short distance on the bus transfer didnโ€™t have to wait when the bus picked us up either was one already waiting. Fast service getting our car keys, friendly service so would use again.

    Hilton hotel, expected a lot better.
    Used the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl for a package of bed and breakfast, hotel parking and return taxi for a cruise. We have done this before at a different hotel with no problem and excellent service.
    When we arrived we asked where we could park and the unfriendly receptionist pointed outside and said the car park is there. I asked if there was a dedicated place to park for the duration of the cruise and she said no, that’s it. I said that it’s a public car park with a lot of vehicles in and out for the cricket ground and golf course and she said well that’s all there is. It took me around half an hour driving round to find a space to park it was so busy.
    The bar and restaurant was the most expensive I have ever been to apart from Michelin star restaurants and the quality was worse than my local pub food. It was ยฃ10.50 for a sandwich comprising of two slices of bread with two small pieces of streaky bacon, a piece of lettuce and one slice of tomato between the two slices. It was also the most expensive pint of beer I have ever had at over ยฃ7.00 for a pint.
    The bed was very uncomfortable, the aircon wouldn’t adjust so it was cold all night, the duvet was very thin and only suitable for high summer and the sink drain was broken.
    Most of the staff were either rude or just indifferent to anything asked of them.
    I would recommend that this hotel is avoided,
    I did have it booked for another cruise later in the year but I have cancelled it and rebooked at the Holiday Inn Express just around the corner where I know you get better service.

    Taxi transfer
    I always use Holiday Extras for airport to hotel taxi transfers. Easy to book and always given clear instructions for pickup times and meeting points.

    Car park 3
    As usual our parking went extremely smoothly , we have parked here several times and have already booked for October if it wasnโ€™t good we wouldnโ€™t book it.

    Will never use again!
    I used holiday extras to book my hotel transfers in Goa. I put in the flight details and holiday extras allocated a collection time for our return journey to Goa airport. They were coming to pick us up approximately 1 hour 30 mins prior to our flight, the airport was approximately 1 hour away. I tried to contact customer services to move the time, the only number available was an American number I couldn’t ring in India. I contacted the Indian provider who said they were fully booked and I needed to contact holiday extras. I submitted an online request which still hasn’t been answered (I’ve been home 4 days). I ended up paying for taxi to get us to the airport and I’m still awaiting any correspondence from Holiday extras. Absolutely terrible service, do not use!

    Excellent
    I have used this service a number of times in Bristol, it’s always busy and always efficient, park, take key in self service machines but friendly lady there to help and guide in any way needed and helped freely to all that needed it. Bus arrived got on drop off. Return journey bus already waiting, picked up key plenty of staff, collected car left, simple, straightforward, efficient, thanks all again for a smooth service!!!!

    Parking and hotel
    I booked both hotel and parking. The hotel itself (Hilton) wasnโ€™t as premium as expected and felt quite outdated considering the price. Two half used toilet rolls in the bathroom and the room was generally outdated. Booked this hotel as we knew we were arriving late and wanted to eat in the restaurant, but restaurant times on the website didnโ€™t match and the restaurants and they closed an hour earlier then advertised. Check in staff were not that helpful and didnโ€™t seem to know what time the restaurants opened or closed either, as they gave us different hours to what was stated online and what the restaurants told us they were open until. Overall a bit disappointing. The hotel itself isnโ€™t well signposted either and itโ€™s actually quite difficult to find.

    The parking team were efficient and friendly, but the offside parking process did feel a bit out of the way plus long waits for the shuttles

    Car Hit in the Car Park!
    Hotel was comfortable and perfectly located.
    However! On our return my car had been hit with the other persons plastic from their break light on the floor around mine. I went into reception at the hotel who were unable to help or let me know how to access any CCTV, apart from giving me a card to call somewhere else. I rang that number and haven’t been able to speak to a person. My insurance company say it is up to me to prove someone else hit my car, therefore I am liable.
    I appreciate that stuff happens sometimes, however I would appreciate some assistance in perhaps searching the CCTV to see whether the incident was recorded!

    Great Value
    Europa Gatwick
    Amazing staff that were only too happy to help.
    There were a couple of issues with the room we had been allocated but the reception quickly addressed these. Unfortunately arrived too late to use the swimming pool but made use of bar, restaurant, pool table, vending machines etc. Top tip – it’s primarily contact less but the pool table and vending machines required cash. ยฃ20 e/w cab to Gatwick North was good value and service too

    Terrible
    I couldnโ€™t use the parking due to a death in the party we was going away with! Clearly knew we didnโ€™t use parking and we could have not pre warned about this or let them know! And wouldnโ€™t show any discretion at all in the matter and point black refused any refund

    Premier inn North Terminal you done it again ๐Ÿ‘ dueled with meet & greet your just what we need & you certainly achieved once more . Just so easy which is always good when travelling ๐Ÿ™‚ meal deal ( evening meal & breakfast ) just great value for money & worth doing ๐Ÿ˜‹ x well done all we will be back ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ John x

    Very good
    Found a space, parked the car the bus arrived and off we went. On return phoned for the bus as it was after midnight, bus arrived and took us back for the car. Excellent service

    Long delay for bus disappointing
    Plenty of spaces on arrival, however, signage was confusing especially in the dark on returning to car. We had a really long wait for a bus from T1 over 30 minutes, appreciate it was early hours of the morning but lots of passengers in the same queue. Within the time waiting 2x Jetparks 3 buses arrived which are my preferred option.

    Always easy to book
    I’ve used holiday extras several times to book car parking and sometimes airport hotels. The website is always easy to use. Do your research on the car parks and hotels before selecting them. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the website won’t let me change to my new e-mail address, and discount offers come to my old address. The only way I can change it (I was told by customer services) was to make a booking from my new address, but then I wouldn’t get a discount as I wouldn’t be booking through the offer sent to my old in box.
