I followed all of the instructions, phoned 30 mins prior to arrival & had to wait another 35 mins for someone to collect my keys. Then the individual grunted at me to pay for the parking ticket so he could take my car (which by this time was over £10 as I had been waiting for so long). I also received a comment about my expected arrival time being 1 hour earlier then planned which would have made me think after the phone call they should have been expecting me. The delay at the car park arrival caused me to miss my pre-booked security check & I almost missed my flight.
On my return I followed the instructions & called the minute I landed thus ensuring my car would definitely be there by the time I made it through passport control. I arrived at the kiosk to be told my car wasn’t there due to my flight number provided (which was on time) & I should have called. I explained to the very unhelpful car parking attendant who advised me to call up again, so I did. Another 30 minutes passed before my car arrived. I was forced to sign a return slip without being given the opportunity to inspect my car before hand. My car looked like it had been parked in a field under a full tree of birds, it didn’t look like this when I dropped it off!
The cost of this “service” was more than double that of the Heathrow official parking. I only booked this service as it was last minute. If I have to book last minute again it’ll be cheaper to get a taxi to and from the airport than use this shocking excuse of a car parking service.

Neither of us are large people so these spaces are definitely very very small when large SUVs are parked.
The price of car parking at airports is astronomical almost dearer than the flights and holiday extras are very competitive on price as well but still very expensive and the worry of getting your car damaged
