    Smooth journey
    Very smooth experience. Not too much wait for the bus, seats available, flexible with times and rebookings

    Poor customer service
    On arrival it was a long queue to get in to the car park & as the display said that the car park is full, cars with no booking couldn’t leave and cars with booking couldn’t bypass them due to only one barrier worked. This resulted in nearly missing our flight. Called the customer service line several times but no one bothered to come to the gate to assist instead I have been shouted at, lectured by the person on the phone & hung up on twice. Awful customer service, wouldn’t recommend & will not book again.

    Liverpool meet & greet
    Easy instructions both to get to the parking, where to park & to use the self service drop off & pick up
    Minuses –
    Not manned
    The walk to & from the terminal at Liverpool is longer than some airports & is not under cover either.

    Park smart
    I have been using smart park for some years now, I would not park any other way. Easy, reliable and never any problems park and go away on holiday. No leaving keys, worries about safety park and relax

    Great service
    From start to finish this has got to be the easiest way to leave your vehicle for your holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s only 2 minutes to the terminal. Used many times and will be doing so in future

    Waste of money
    I paid extra for what they describe as a full refund if your flight was to be cancelled, the flight was cancelled and I was told I am not entitled to a refund as they are only a middle man and have already paid for my parking followed by a copy and paste of the T’s & C’s. Over priced and mis leading!
    I will book direct with the airport in the future

    Great Lounge, great staff, great food
    Not the lounges fault but we booked a 3 hour experience but we’re flying with Easy Jet who do not open their check in desk until 2 hours before the flight By the time we cleared check in and security and had to leave time to walk to the gate , we only had 40 minutes in the lounge. I suggest you check with the airline when they open check in.

    Brilliant location
    This hotel is ideal location for gatwick. Easy to find and we always walk to the airport only ten minutes walk which is quite refreshing. Not over impressed with the menu in the bar but we didn’t need to eat . Found the rooms a little dated and our tv did not work and they didn’t come to fix it . Leaving the car in the car park is ideal and just keep our keys . Would highly recommend

    Gatwick Parking
    A bit difficult to find the location of drop off however that is my fault as I didn’t read the instructions very well. Then I had to get back across to the north terminal to stay at the hotel, but all in all it wasn’t really that bad.

    Perfect service
    The service was perfect arrived and they booked me in within 2 seconds (literally). Shuttle bus was waiting and took 3 minutes to get us to the departures. Same on return
