    Great deal
    Manchester Airport parking was easy to find, great service and then the TRIBE hotel was so easy to check in and the room was beautiful. We had a lovely relaxing stay the night before our flight and checked out early with only a 5min walk to departures. Will definitely use again.

    Nice staff, helpful staff. Most uncomfortable beds! Well sound proofed, you would not know you were in an airport. Great blackout blinds.

    Europa hotel Crawley
    Used the Europa twice now for an overnight stay and two weeks parking. Rooms okay, more than decent buffet evening meal and breakfast at a reasonable price.
    Will be using it again

    Disappointed
    I’m quiet disappointed in this car park I paid extra to park on short stay 1 so I could park on a disabled bay I understand your not guaranteed a disabled bay but most of the cars that were parked in the disabled bays had no badges in the windows which lead me to believe they didn’t have a badge and just parked there as they are closest to the terminal I don’t think I’ll pay the extra again unless guaranteed a disabled bay

    Easy and straightforward
    Excellent car park to use very short walk to terminal and very easy to use just pull up to barrier reads number plate and we found a space straight away on the first level would recommend to anyone with the few pounds more to part here for the convenience of it 😃very happy

    Disappointed
    All worked well at the car drop off at the silver zone car park and the hotel stay although the room did smell strongly of dogs but very comfortable and looked clean. Nice and easy to get to departures in the early morning. However when we returned home and went to the silver zone bus stop to get the bus transfer we had to join a very long queue and wait for over half an hour and then we were squashed onto a very overcrowded bus. And we had a very uncomfortable ride back to collect the car. Once back at the car park we were able to get to our car quick quickly.

    Great service. Pick up Buses coming along all the time and plenty of pick up/drop off points at the car park. Will use again.

    Good
    Apart from not knowing where we were on return, they sent the taxi to our drop off point not the pick up point. I think this may have been a mix up from us not ringing through on drop off initially the week before, but was very prompt at rectification and did not
    Really have to wait at all.

    Terrible taxi
    Early morning pick up from DBX to our hotel in JBR was fine apart from vehicle was a little ropey but was fine.

    The journey back from the hotel to the airport was awful. On arrival at the airport I almost decided to kiss the ground that we got there in one piece. I have never been concerned before in all my travels about a journey but the driver was terrible. Drove inappropriately to the traffic conditions and we were lucky not to have been involved in a number of accidents in the one journey all down to tailgating and aggressive driving

    I always use holiday extras for my airport parking and fast track. Never had a problem with them. All always runs so smoothly in fact I’ve just booked again for my November holiday.

    Super smooth
    Always use Cophall Parking at Gatwick, so easy, never had a problem. Staff are pretty patient especially in the early hours. Pick up from the terminals is pretty quick too. Thank you
