    Disappointing customer service
    When we arrived to drop my car off everything worked like a dream as it has previously when I have used this carpark.
    However when we returned (around lunchtime) we couldn’t get out of the barrier, I scanned the bar code several times as advised but the gate wouldn’t open so I pressed the help button and it went to a mobile number’s answerphone telling me that there was nobody available and to leave a message they would get back to me.
    I tried scanning my bar code again several times (by this time there is a large queue of cars behind me, including an airparks bus) so I pressed the help button again and a very rude lady came on the phone shouting at me to be patient, the barrier then lifted.

    Easy!
    Mid stay 3 parking at East Midlands airport was excellent. Affordable and just a 5 minute walk from the terminal building so no hanging around waiting for a bus.

    Super!
    Landed early hours of Saturday 31st May and walked across the road from terminal 2 to collect my car and it was exactly where it said it was. No issues at all.

    My car wasn't there!
    On returning to Manchester at half 1 in the morning and been told my car is on level 1, we got there and it wasn’t there. Had to go back to the reception and theanager came up with me and he couldn’t find it either. Nobody had moved it to the collection car park and after half an hour we were told it was still in the main car park and had not been brought over to meet and greet. Manager was very good and offered 50% refund

    Excellent Service
    Fantastic service; the driver and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially since I was traveling alone with a case and a large bike box, which they assisted in moving and carrying. I could not fault the service

    Easy ...
    Birmingham: Directions and instructions easy to follow. Close to Novotel and terminal. Drop off was quick and when we came to pick up, our car was waiting and keys handed over without delay. We were able to drive home immediately, which is ideal especially when your return is early hours of the morning.

    – No delays

    Something went wrong
    On my arrival barrier doesn’t open so I had to call assistance and I’ve been told by assistance guy that my numberplate is not in the system so he has to open barrier form same thing happen once I was leaving even I did my booking on time and correctly.

    Car park 1
    Car Park 1 @Cardiff Airport, easy access if you have mobility issues. Slightly confusing directions to access car park, if you choose wrong lane you are charged to get out.
