    Abandoned at airport on arrival with no help
    The ‘overseas’ airport transfer abandoned us at the airport. Clearing customs was a nightmare and the taxi left us there. Requesting help we were told contact booking company. We had to pay for an addition transfer to our hotel. Will never use this again. Buyer beware.

    Mid stay - Leeds Bradford Airport
    The mid stay parking as advertised was booked because of it’s closeness to the terminal. This parking was being dug up and we had to use the Mid Stay 2 which was a long distance uphill to the terminal and if the weather had been bad we would have been soaked .People with mobility issues would have really struggled to get from the bottom of this car park.

    Well done Bristol
    Everything at Bristol Meet and Greet worked perfectly in both directions. In an airport beset with queues it was lovely that something worked so easily

    Poor service for people with accessible needs
    We have used purple parking a number of times. Overall the ease of dropping off and getting to the terminal works well. Unfortunately the 2 stars reflects the lack of facilities for people with accessibility needs. My wife travelled alone for the return trip, with a known spinal condition she requested some support with the case to get it in the car. She was told that if something gets broken in the suitcase then they don’t have insurance so no one would help. A very kind customer helped her with the case in the end.
    Given the case had just been through baggage handling and a flight very unlikely to break anything so the rationale for this was poor. We also noted that the toilet facilities were unfit for people with disabilities so steer clear if you have extra support needs from purple parking. Discrimination at its worst.
    My wife also noted that she watched staff bring peoples cars out to the carpark, they drove recklessly and extremely fast, one driver even span the wheels of a car so we question the safety of our vehicles in future.

    Could not fault the service, driver waiting with a name card. Smooth comfortable journey. Would definitely recommend

    So easy
    Dropped car off,short walk to T1. Pick up simple collect keys from box . Note on key states where car is parked. Walk to car and exit. Simple.
