    Easy
    From selecting a parking option, booking, and using the facility we found it very easy to understand and use. The confirmation email and APP are very good to use. The transfer from parking to terminal and back again after the holiday were efficient.

    Car Parking Peak busyness
    We booked for JetParks Ringway and the time of day that we needed seemed to be the busiest day in the whole year … so not an issue with HolidayExtra’s more the Jet Park Ringway organisation where they didn’t have anywhere near enough busses for the volume of people meaning many bus stops where filled with people unable to get on buses to the terminal … we were delayed getting to the terminal by about 45 mins leaving us little time for any leisurely breakfast.

    Ripped off
    When I arrived at palma airport I was informed it was a electric car which I had no way of charging when I ask for a petrol car they said it would be a extra 50 euros a day that would have been a extra £220 pounds I had only paid £147 for the hire so I left with no car. I can see that you do this just to rip holiday makers off as most would not have charging points at there accommodation.

    Drop & Go - Manchester brilliant
    4th or 5th time of using Drop & Go Manchester, find it very convenient. Instructions on what to do clear and simple but there is always a member of staff on hand when dropping car keys off. On return quick and easy to get keys and clear instructions on how to find the car. Found this car parking the best as not having to ring a car park service to say we have arrived back at airport to be picked up or wait for car to be returned to us as you do with meet and greet (have experienced long waits). Biggest problem is usually finding the exit of the car park but on the whole canot not recommend Drop & Go highly enough.

    Parking
    Had a problem with my car prior to parking, so I decided to park my wife’s car. Changed the car and registration using holiday extras app no problem and entered the carpark no issues

    Excellent service
    fab drop off and pick up – my flight was late on way back so my car was already waiting for me and the guy warned me that I had 7 minutes to get out the barrier 🤣🤣

    Quick simple and efficient
    I recently used the Meet and Greet car park at Manchester Airport Terminal 1 and had a great experience. The whole process was fast, simple, and stress-free from start to finish. Dropping off the car was straightforward, and I was at the terminal within minutes. On return, my car was ready and waiting, making the end of my trip just as smooth. I’ll definitely be using this service again. Highly recommended

    Cautionary Note
    I am a regular user of Meet and Greet at Heathrow and overall rate the service highly, the staff are always very busy but courteous, and mostly get the car back to you fast at the end of my trip. However on my most recent trip I experienced a theft of a pen from my car, although not an expensive pen, it is the principle of the matter. When you turn up and drop off your car, you do not expect to have items removed. I will continue to use the service but will be more cautious of leaving things on show in the vehicle

    Just what you want
    Online booking was easy, price was competitive, finding the car park was easy, it was a bit of a walk to the terminal, but it was expected. Arriving at the barrier coming in and going put there was no delay. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

    Airport parking
    Used the Jet parks 3 car park from 16th to 28th June 2025. Getting there was great, getting onto the car park easy but finding a space was a nightmare. When we eventually found a space finding the bus stops was the next hurdle the sign posting is poor. Shuttle bus from and back to the car park was excellent and on our return car was in good order. However due to poor signage again had to drive around and around to find the exit. Could have paid less and had less hassle using drop and go at terminal 2.

    Perfect!
    I will always choose Meet and Greet parking at Stansted, it all went smoothly and we were away from the airport very quickly. No messing around with shuttle buses.

    Fantastic service!!
    This was our first time using APH Park and Ride, they did not disappoint!! Happy faces greeted us when we arrived to drop off our car at 3am and even helped with putting the suitcases onto the bus. When we returned, didn’t have to wait long for the bus to collect us from the airport and take us back to our car. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them next time. Thank you
