    Parking fine
    We found the meet and greet very good but struggled to find the way in to meet and greet. We were in a segregated area for 1 minute 20 seconds and arrived home to a £100 fine which I think is disgusting. We paid up within 28 days so it was reduced to £60. We didn’t even know we had been in a not allowed area. Needless to say we won’t be using the service again.

    Excellent Parking
    We paid for premium parking at Cardiff airport and it’s so worth the money if you can do it. Parking staff direct you and you have an extra wide space and take your keys with you. Absolutely brilliant, no worries about car being damages or driven off anywhere

    Good efficient service as wver
    We’ve used M&G many times and it works well. It’s slick and simple enabling us to just walk across into the terminal. There’s always helpful staff if needed

    Okay
    It is a cheaper alternative to parking direct at Manchester Airport but the actual car parking area is awful. Full of potholes, gravel & any accessible pathways to the road to get the courtesy bus is not defined & when it is wet your footwear & car can become filthy.
    The courtesy bus is good & information given by the driver very useful.
    Use the location markers when parking your car is a must.
    Barrier recognised vehicle number plate on entry & exit. One exit barrier was not working.
    Not sure if I’d use this next time I fly from Manchester Aiport.

    Great service again 🙂
    Second time we have used service for Heathrow and it was as efficient this time. Great staff checking us in and out, clear directions and good bus transport to/from the terminal. Thank you.

    Great Service
    First time using Maple Meet and Greet at Birmingham Airport but very pleased with the service. Very easy to find the site at the airport, clearly signposted, staff clearly set out what is required on arrival and just an easy short walk to the departure entrance. Very easy experience, would use again and recommend. Didn’t feel the price was bad either.

    Parking costs for 4 days Expensive – Cost more than our return flight to Inverness!

    Hassle free
    Fantastic way to start your holiday. Booked online a few weeks before, put in registration plate, drove in, barrier straight up, parked, keep keys with you, no hassle whatsoever.

    Delta Marriot hotel and Parking
    Had overnight Stay at Delta Marriot hotel at Hale Barnes prior to a 2 week holiday abroad. Room and meal there was excellent and shuttle bus to airport and on return very good with helpful driver assisting with luggage. Left car at hotel and take keys with you which we like and the price was reasonable and cheaper than staying ‘On airport hotel’ where they take your keys and move your car.
    Would recommend using Delta Marriot hotel and have used this previously.

    Great service!
    Wanted a hassle-free drop-off and collection of our car, and that’s exactly what we got, and right on the terminal building. Couldn’t have been better!

    Good service, buses run every few minutes, only problem i had was driver didn’t offer to help with my heavy case as I was struggling.

    Are the busses less frequent?
    Seemed to wait a long time for the bus to arrive to get us to the terminal – when it did finally arrive there were too many people waiting, so it was overcrowded – and didn’t take everyone. Waited 15 minutes for the return journey….
