We bought the Connect3 Stroller, and Bassinet for our first child.
When the stroller was first delivered there was a broken side bumper meaning the side bag wouldn’t connect. I spoke to Bumprider who said they’d dispatch a replacement – nearly one month later and no sign. They’ve gone unresponsive to my emails.
The newborn bassinet was to be delivered in a separate delivery but wouldn’t arrive as customs charges weren’t paid. Again, I emailed support and they’d said they’d sort it. 3 weeks have passed and there’s still no sign and they’ve stopped replying to emails.
I’m now about £900 on a faulty stroller, and a bassinet that’s stuck in a customs warehouse somewhere with absolutely no response from the shop. Pretty pathetic.
