    First Class
    Firstly the Watch i purchased was just 100% out of this world 😀😀 i was over the moon with it and then to top it off was the Customer Service representative ( Karina) she went over and beyond to get my Request Sorted. I wish i could rate it more Stars One Very happy cup 😀😀

    Excellent watch
    I purchased my Christophe Duchamp Grand Mont black and silver watch and I’m absolutely over the moon with it. It’s absolutely beautiful and works flawlessly. Registering the watch with christophe Duchamp for warrenty purposes was easy and straight forward. The customer service was really good as well. I contacted them twice regarding potentially purchasing a different strap for the watch, not that there is anything wrong with it, purely because steel watch straps seem to irritate my wrists, and they were really really quick and helpful in responding. I would highly recommend christophe Duchamp to anyone looking for a beautiful well made time peice.

    Fantastic customer service and after sales.
    I had received a watch from a third party retailer with a couple of scratches. The retailer was taking a long time to resolve my issue as they did not have any more in stock.
    I contacted Christophe Duchamp directly and very quickly was offered a very favourable solution.
    Very rarely have I received customer service of this calibre in relation to any purchase. I am so impressed.

    Great prize and great service
    I was lucky enough to win one of these watches in a competition. It was a great prize and a big shout out to Jake for his excellent customer service in getting the watch to me.

    Excellent customer service
    I purchased a Christophe Duchamp watch through a third party, a problem arose and the third party were absolutely useless. I contacted Arne explained my situation and he was totally appalled the matter had not been sorted, he assured me he would sort the matter personally and he did. Christophe Duchamp customer service have been amazing not only do they sell the most beautiful watches but you can rest assured they take customer service very seriously and customer satisfaction is top priority. I would highly recommend this company and will be making a repeat purchase – maybe even more than one you can never have to many watches. Thankyou again for all your help A Very Happy Customer.

    Excellent Service
    Bought two watches recently, one was fine, the other had a fault. Arne Decaestecker replied immediately and sent a replacement watch which arrived today. Excellent Customer Service and good quality watches.

    Impossible to sort out a warranty fault
    I’ve had the watch for one year and it has now got a fault. I’ve tried to contact them via their web sit, also emailed them and even messaged them on Instagram. No response whatsoever. Buyer beware

    Customer service
    Had a problem with my Radillionn Automatic timepiece. Made contact with Christophe Duchamp within 12 hours they (Arne Decaestecker) got back to me with instructions what to do within 72 hours problem solved timepiece on its way back. Excellent customer service. Great company excellent product range.

    Fantastic Quality

    Great product, unbelievable service
    Ordered an Audace and cannot be happier – beautiful 25 jewel movement, fabulous finish and Swiss made automatic – what more can one want?
    Arne provided the best service I have received from anywhere in memory – incredible efficiency and helpfulness.
    I strongly recommend this brand, and am already planning uk get one for my partner.
    Don’t hesitate!
