0 You have already voted! Rating:2 No sensible returns policy Trying to return items and told to use their web page. Does not accept the order number, or invoice number. Eventually (after lengthy phone calls) told to print return label. None was sent. Called again and got an email with attached returns labels BUT! We rarely use the printer (which is out of ink) so will have to spend £60 to buy new cartridges. I called to ask if they could just send a returns label. No. This is the way they do it.

Have spent a lot of time on the phone and chasing via Customer Service . Although can receive messages from them can’t access returns label and have not received promised labels through the mail . Inefficient poor customer service and the IT department clearly broken . The problem is not my end ! I have bought Madeleine clothes for years and not encountered such difficulties. I wonder if the company has been taken over recently ! Of course they could ask me to return and then refund my postage but they have not done that either . Very poor indeed !

DO NOT EXPECT THE SERVICE YOU HAD PREVIOUSLY!!!
