    The delivery was on time. The flowers were fresh and nice. But 4 because the look and the type of flowers in the order was slightly different from the one on the website.

    Just Perfect
    The deliver was made on a late Sunday afternoon! Incredible . And it was exactly like the one in the picture . The candle I sent along I ve been told smelled magically !
    It was the perfect birthday gift considering I’m in the other side of the world … unbelievable. Thank you !

    Worst experience ever!! Useless
    Company is a joke placed an order and decided to cancel it few hour later They said couldn’t cancel over phone has to be by email. Received confirmation that was cancelled and due full refund! Next day I receive a email saying my parcel will be delivered today. ! Rung again asking what was going on. They said it was there policy that all orders had to be cancelled within 20 minutes of order ! Bull**** had it in black and white they were giving me full refund. ! Went to management! Women was useless! After a hour battle they wanted to send free flowers out and a 50% refund!! Will be in my bank in next 5 mins!! 24 hours later and I’m still waiting!! Do not use this company !!

    Disappointing and poor Customer Service
    Very disappointed with this new company. Flowers arrived late not as ordered. No idea who from as no card to say. No info on plant care like competitors send just a bag of flower food.
    Flowers also came stood in a bag of little bubbles with no info on how to dispose of them. Since found out by Googling they can be harmful and cannot be flushed down the sink.
    Contacted Customer Support on their what’s app and got response 24th later but obviously have no idea about the product itself as their response was about something completely different.
    Very poor and would not recommend or use again.
