    Worst experience
    Flowers delivered dry, crispy and brown. Terrible condition and customer services blame the vase and prep even though they were delivered like that. Promised a part refund which never received. 50 pounds to last 3 days. 3 flowers and the rest foliage. Absolutely awful!!

    Loving the freshness of the flowers
    The flowers are delivered just as from the photos on the website, they are fresh and the scent fills up our living room.
    I highly recommend and I will definitely buy from this supplier going forward. Thank you MyFlowers

    I ordered 100 premium roses, they arrived in excellent condition.

    Nice flowers
    Ordered flowered to be delivered next day and on site said delivery within 3 hours , felt would be delivered in the morning. Ended up being delivered late in the evening and also note I had added wasn’t perfect attached hence the wordings got smeared

    Birthday flowers
    I can’t thank my flowers enough excellent service friendly staff, i bought flowers for my daughters birthday and they were absolutely amazing better than I expected, i will definitely order from them again.

    Rotten flowers
    I can’t find a words to describe how disappointing and sad was my experience with MyFlowers.co.uk.
    I ordered flowers bouquet for my dear friend’s Birthday, that was the only way I can surprise her because I live in the other country. The flowers delivered rotten and in an absolutely different colour and type. The seller did not followed his own rules about sending a photo of a bouquet before delivery, so I did not have an opportunity to cancel my order before.
    The Birthday surprise was ruined.
    Now the company doesn’t want to refund money. They offer to send another bouquet, but that is not actual now, as well as I don’t trust them anymore and don’t want to upset my friend with one more rotten flower bouquet.
