    Scammers
    They say flowers will be delivered on a certain day but deliver them late and charge you extra for the privilege. Horrible rude customer service and wouldn’t refund even though mistake is with them.

    Pay extra for unreliable timeslots
    They don’t deserve the one star. I pay £50 for flowers and £8 was charged on the timeslot I chose… a 3 hour time slot. Flowers didn’t reach recipient as courier was half hour late. No refund or even a partial. Total disgust.

    I’m from Ukraine, I gave my friend a bouquet of flowers. Everything was quick. The flowers are fresh and incredibly beautiful! Sorry for the mistakes in the text.

    Okay everything came amazing because I ordered this for my boyfriend and I like that for some reason, I dont know why, I ordered balloons as a small, cheap add on and they put for some reason a box of shortbread and macaroons instead! Honestly we were both happy w that

    Very happy
    My partner was over the moon with the bouquet, cards & chocolate. Only marked down because there was some concern that the promised delivery date was being missed but was all sorted by the afternoon. Good prices, good quality. Would recommend

    Missing Card
    The flowers came and my gf was very pleased with them but I had sent a card with some writing on it for her which she didn’t receive. She received a blank card, different to the one I picked out instead.
