    SCAMMERS
    SCAMMERS!! Everyone beware do not use this company… they say they will deliver same day and even charge you £15 for it but then send flowers late and refuse to refund! Had to go to my bank to get money back – paid £££ for same day delivery on top of flowers price and they sent them late! Didn’t care at all and still allowing people to buy them on their website at same day even though it’s only for London? Disgusting

    Worst customer service I’ve ever received.
    Paid (extra) for a bunch of flowers to be delivered on a set day. Didn’t turn up. No communication. Delivered a day late, no one answers the customer service line, and took 8 hours for a reply on their WhatsApp basically fobbing me off.
    Avoid.

    Flower delivery
    Easy to order on line and delivery took place as promised the following day. My sister in Law said they were beautiful and she loved them BUT the message I was asked to submit wit them was not included therefore she did not know who they from. She guessed correctly!!

    My flower delivery
    The flower was delivered as promised the next day and my aunt and uncle were overjoyed how magnificent the flower bouquet was.

    Next day delivery basically a sham
    Very confusing advertising, if more, could even call it false. Ordered same day delivery, everything was fine , payment taken, chose today’s date , didn’t had issues there, but turns out its written somewhere there on the bottom that same day is only for London, that is such cheeky way to earn money. Why does the system let’s you choose same day for out of London postcode, or at least a bit more noticeable warning about it would be humane. Now I feel like I’ve been fooled but legally, verry unpleasant feeling.Paid even extra for the time slot. Grouse.

    Unreliable
    Flowers are nice. Came 2 days late. Contacted customer support when they didn’t come was just sent tracking number for Royal Mail when I paid for same day hand to hand delivery. Will not use again.
