    Poor service
    My flowers were delivered to arrive on a Sunday (or latest the next day). They in-fact arrived on Wednesday. Throughout the process I received conflicting text and email messages from My Flowers confirming that delivery had taken place when it hadn’t. The promised delivery refund has also failed to materialise. The service was all round disappointing and the Customer Service team @ My Flowers were disinterested and unhelpful throughout.

    Excellent
    I was totally surprised by the excellent customer service received. Somehow I omitted the discount code I received but they very happily included a free gift for the same amount. Also, they sent a photo of my daughter receiving the surprise! Will absolutely use them again!

    Avoid!!!
    I order some flowers for my girlfriend with next day delivery fee. Flowers didn’t showed up untill 3 days later. I contact them through WhatsApp and they asurred me that I will receive the delivery fee back. Been 10 days now. Didn’t get anything. And the state of the flowers for sure not worth £64

    Abysmal
    Ordered next day delivery never arrived , emailed got a polite response saying flowers damaged in transit would deliver a bigger bouquet and a free gift still no delivery received a message at 2AM !! to say been delivered .. Really!!! still no delivery emailed same response only this time due to ‘a technical error’ ! Still no sign of any flowers ! This company will take your money and laugh at you Use a reputable company or go local

    Gutted
    utted and Scammed
    Gutted. I ordered flowers for my friends 50th in the UK. I’m in Australia. My first thought was Interflora but then I saw an ad pop up very high in google search engine for My Flowers Co UK – offering same day delivery. Well it’s been 3 days and after countless messages and phone calls (never picked up) the flowers have never been delivered. Total scam

    Complete rip-off !
    The Flowers I ordered didn’t turn up, I had to chase and was given the excuse of a glitch in system. I had to chase again after a few more days and more excuses followed, these flowers were supposed to arrive on a specific day.. all I got was excuses and offers of a 20% discount on my next order- as if I’d even consider using such a flakey unreliable company again ..
    DO NOT USE! Find someone else !

    Less than 1 star- this is a scam!
    Ordered flowers for same day delivery for my mother-in-law post surgery! I’ve spent days and unnecessary stress chasing flowers from this company which are still not delivered. They refuse to refund or cancel! I will find a govt person to complain to. Companies shouldn’t be able to rip off consumers!

    Really bad Experience
    I have had a really bad experience with this Company – their website let me order and pay for same day delivery and I only found out they couldn’t fulfil this when it was too late to arrange an alternative.

    It is now 3 days later and the flowers aren’t going to be delivered for at least another 3 days. They are trying to blame Royal Mail.

    The level of customer service is appalling. No responses to WhatsApp messages (they way they ask to be contacted) and when I have called I have been hung up on by their customer service team twice.

    I was trying to have some flowers sent to my daughter to wish her good luck for her new job – but the whole experience has been terrible and still no flowers at the time of writing.

    I would advise not using this Company

    Use them at your own risk
    I purchased the flowers along with other items and scheduled the delivery for the next day according to the website. It was my anniversary so naturally it was important everything arrived. It did not. Several e-mails, multiple messages on what’s app and several calls each time holding between 20-30 minutes and eventually spoke to someone. They said they’d be a day later than I ordered. I asked to cancel and she said no as their terms are 30 minutes after order to cancel. I’m very annoyed and disappointed. It was fun explaining to my wife

    Absolute Shambles
    Absolute shambles. Paid extra to have my order delivered on the same day. Order didn’t get delivered and got a message saying it will be delayed. The order then got delivered to the wrong address. I have been trying to get a refund for days with no success. Terrible business. Honest advice: don’t use their services!
