    Respect!
    I’ve ordered a wonderful bouquet 💐 on Monday’s late evening and guys from MyFlowers dispatched it at night time and I got it delivered to another end of the country the next day!

    Small flower
    The pink small flowers were sent to our friend’s home, the size was really smaller than what we thought but the packaging and the way it was presented was beautiful 👏🏼🌹

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The most disingenuous company in all of history, hiding behind misleading sales tactics and hidden small prints to purposefully misrepresent and extort money from people. Same day delivery service requested for a family bereavement, with recipients not at desired address next day hence expedited service. Contacted within 1 hour for clarity and despite the order confirmation clearly stating the end address and agreement to send same day, a downright refusal to cancel and refund within 1.5 hours of order. Numerous reviews incoming under many email addresses before they delete them all and compensation will be claimed via ombudsman pertinent to the consumer rights act 2015

    Avoid at all costs.
    Most of the 5 star reviews here and on trust pilot are fabricated. Terrible service overall. Recieved over 24hrs too late. Tried to cancel well in advanced to be old after dispatch I was too late to reply which is completely untrue. They purposely stall you until you cannot cancel. Avoid avoid avoid

    Don’t bother, order from somewhere trusted. As everyone else has said, they arrive a day or two late and are not worth what you paid for them, then you spend all day battling for a refund that you’ll never get.

    Ordered flowers on the 11th for delivery on the 12th. Was told by their customer service at 8pm on the 12th that they wouldn’t be delivered until the 13th because I didn’t live in London and they only did same day delivery to London.

    Explained that I ordered next day delivery, not same day delivery. Was then told there was a system error on their end and offered a 15% refund.

    Explained that these were sent to an office for a birthday gift, and my partner wouldn’t be in the office on the 13th. Asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Was told, despite their refund policy that states ‘if you did not receive the bouquet ordered by you on the date which you ordered it, we will provide a full refund’ that this doesn’t apply to flowers that have already been packaged…. so they’ll never refund you, because all flowers that arrive a day late will have already been packaged.

    Misleading
    Paid for same day delivery but arrived the next day. Website states you will be send a photo before delivery- never send. Sent WhatsApp message – never got a reply

    This company misleads customers. Advertises and takes your money for same day delivery. Beware
    I ordered flowers to be sent the same day. I filled in a delivery date and specified time slot and paid the expected increase in delivery charge. I chose My Flowers as it advertised same day delivery. However as soon as I paid I had a confirmation email that my order was accepted and delivery would be the following day. I complained and they said that the small print says ‘only within M25’. I still cannot find this and it certainly wasn’t made clear when I placed the order. Still yet to receive the flowers! This company is defrauding people. Do not use! They are also refusing to issue a refund.

    Beautiful
    The long stem white roses were beautiful once they began to open overnight. Perfect for the remembrance & letting go of our College & friend. Delivery when advised , thank you 🙏

    Great Online UK Florist
    MyFlowers UK is by fa the most affordable and varied online florist shop I have found to deliver in the UK. The website is modern-looking, and the delivery process is intuitive until you have to input your payment method information, it gets confusing then. The flowers are great quality (at least what I can see in the pictures the recipient has shared). The reply time for support over the email or WhatsApp is pretty decent, people ordering from overseas who may be in a very different time zone, should foresee that it takes them to the next day to reply if your enquiry is sent out of UK business hours. This is the second time I have ordered with MyFlowers UK, on both occasions I did not receive the picture of the bouquet or letterbox before delivery. On the website, the promise is that they will send a picture of the bouquet before dispatching it, I suppose on WhatsApp, since they ask for your phone number. I would like to see the product and the card since I am ordering from Canada and cannot see the product IRL. I also asked a question about a print on the card, but it was never answered. On both occasions the delivery promise was kept. Overall, I recommend this online florist from my last two purchase experiences.
