    Poor condition
    Flowers ordered Friday morning for afternoon delivery,paid 11 pounds for delivery and never turned up,delivered Monday and flowers in poor condition head fallen off one,worst flower company ever used wouldn’t recommend to anyone,customer service told me they don’t do afternoon deliveries in my area but my receipt says by 3 pm 2 nd August

    Bad experience
    Terrible experience!
    You will not get what you paid for or what is stated in the order’s description. I ordered a specific bouquet as it had a special meaning for the recipient. The company delivered a bouquet and changed the flower type. I never received a notification about it or a photo prior to delivery as described on the website.
    Upon contacting them I got a message something along the lines that it is a flower shortage now and they can substitute as they seem fit.
    You will not receive the flowers you see on the website!
    Horrible, NEVER buy from these vendors!

    Absolute scam. Avoid!
    I paid extra for next day delivery and received a text confirming my order would be delivered on time. They arrived a day late and in a very shabby state. Not worth the money. The company wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the late delivery and blamed Parcelforce. Parcelforce told me they only received the order on the day they delivered. Avoid!

    Worked well, but not the desired color
    Worked well. Delivered emotions on time. Responsive support. Roses color was different but service describes that it can get substituted. Let’s see how things will go with further orders. For now plan to use the service. It’s quick and easy to order globally and reach for questions.

    DISGRACEFUL EMBARRASSING COMPANY
    I’d give zero star if I could!!!
    Partner paid £11 same day delivery!! They came 2 days late, and it’s not even a bouquet it’s a 99p tiny bunch of carnations all of about 8 flowers , I can buy 4 times the amount in tesco for £3!!!!! No refund offered so will be going trading standards and social media!! Disgraceful! I’d be embarrassed sending these!!!! DO NOT USE !!! U can buy better at the petrol station!!!!

    Beautiful Flowers
    I am very happy with the flowers I was able to give my girlfriend. Amazing service considering I ordered them with ease from 5,000 miles away and she got them in her hometown in pristine condition. She was very pleased, and I was so happy about them I ordered a second bouquet which she gets tomorrow!

    Appalling
    I ordered flowers for my Mum for same day delivery on 26/7. I was charged £11 extra for this service. It turns out MF do not offer same day delivery outside of London. Neither do they offer fresh flowers…the flowers were not delivered until the following day and were 1/2 dead! I complained and after 20 emails back and forth MF agreed to refund 30% to me and deliver a much bigger bouquet & free chocolates the following day (providing I retracted my scathing trustpilot review, which I did) 5 days later & my Mum still doesn’t have her flowers. Yesterday I was sent a photo as proof of delivery, but it was not the right address; my Mum had received an email from MF confirming her delivery was due, but it was the wrong name, wrong address and wrong order number. There has clearly been a mistake but MF are no longer replying to any correspondence from me. I have still paid £25 for flowers that were not received. No one is answering the phone or replying to me since asking for a refund. Avoid this company at all cost!

    Bad service
    False information, paid for same day delivery for it not to be delivered on the day snd got pushed to the next day 9-12 and that also got delayed. The only reason for placing the order in the first place was for the same day delivery if not I could have ordered from a more reliable place for the next day

    Shocking communication and refund refusal
    I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my partners work and paid the extra £11 for them to be delivered between 3pm-6pm. I messages the WhatsApp line at 3pm and asked if they could keep me updated on the delivery and if it was going to be late/ when it was out for delivery. This was met with no response, so I waited until after 6pm to discover from my partner that they hadn’t arrived (ruining the surprise). Again I messages the WhatsApp line and only then I was informed that there had been a ‘technical difficulty’ and they had to push the time back to 9pm! I emailed the support email and asked for a refund on the £11 as the device I paid for had not been met and they replied to tell me it was the Courier’s fault and not there’s, instead I was offered a 15% off my next order. This is invalid as I won’t be ordering from them again as their communication and service has been awful when I have tried to contact them multiple times a day. The whole point of me paying for the selected delivery slot is so they would arrive before my partner finished work, but of course she has now missed the delivery all together. Would definitely avoid, because if I didn’t message them asking where the delivery was, I wouldn’t have found out the delivery time had been pushed back.

    Terrible Company
    Terrible company! I paid £6 for same day delivery but they didn’t arrive, no phone call or email to explain why. When I contacted them they said same day delivery is only for the London area. There is nothing on their website to say this, and why would they charge me for same day delivery if that is apparently not available where I live. Never again!

    Not delivered timely but bouquet was beautiful
    The site said same day delivery ( three hours or more but same day delivery). I had chosen the extra 6 pound delivery but when I went to Paypal account to pay I was charged 11 pounds which was for a 3 hour delivery , I got a text message saying it will be delivered on time but email message said next day delivery, I immediately contacted on WA and they took over 3 hours to tell me that it will reach only next day , the bouquet reached after 24 hours of the order but no complaints on the quality of the bouquet. I have been promised a refund of 11 pounds charged for same day delivery and am hoping they keep to their word. I am giving 3 stars only because the bouquet was beautiful otherwise for service I would give only one star or none. It is better to be honest and prompt so that the customer knows what to expect and can decide based on true statements.

    Happy with the service
    I did a simple order and it got delivered in the time slot that was promised I seen the other negative reviews but my review is positive as I didn’t had a bad experience with the company they did answer on the WhatsApp when I asked for the time slot (eta) and overall my partner was happy with what she received so mission accomplished thank you !

    Missing flowers, don’t trust the good reviews, learn from my negative experience
    I have ordered a bouquet of flowers for my graduation on the morning of 7/17 and expected delivery to the hotel I am staying at on 7/18 at night from 6:00-9:00 I even paid extra for their so called “hand to hand” delivery. At around 8:18pm on 7/18 I received a text saying that the flower has been delivered. However the receptionist at the hotel who worked from 3:00pm to 11:00pm said nobody delivered any flowers. I have tried to call them at around 11:00 when I found out they weren’t delivered at all, sent emails as well as WhatsApp. I have yet to receive any response from them and I am prepared to have lost about £45 pounds for nothing. I ordered these flowers for delivery to Birmingham which they claim they do and I do not speak for the customers in London but I suggest highly avoiding this company. I would consider this experience as being scammed.
